The ways of movement event structuring in English and Spanish
The article is aimed at studying conceptual peculiarities of the verbs of movement in English and Spanish as well as analyzing cognitive models of movement events and the ways of their actualization. The methods of conceptual and comparative analysis are applied in the study. The research showed that English and Spanish can use both specific and universal ways of structuring the concept of Path. A satellite doesn’t always express the direction of the movement and the concept of path is not always incorporated in the semantics of the Spanish verbs of movement. In majority of cases another element is needed, in particular, a spatial preposition.
Key words: concept, movement event, satellite, verb-framed languages, satellite-framed languages.

The system of sanctions and rewards in the practice of spiritual consistories (on the example of the Tomsk Diocese)
The 19th century turned out to be a significant period in the history of Russia. This era is due to an innovative breakthrough not only in the industrial and social spheres, but also in the spiritual. For the latter, progress was characterized, first of all, by the growth of the authority of the Russian Orthodox Church. In this direction, the clergy were entrusted with the responsible task of strengthening the parish entrusted to them. Accordingly, the Synodal Administration, among other things, has carefully developed a system of penalties and rewards that harshly opposes misconduct on the part of both parishioners and clergy, while simultaneously stimulating initiative directions.
Key words: consistory, punishments, rewards, clergy, parish, diocese.

Features of the horticultural dimension of geopolitics
The article proposes to expand the modern resource dimension of geopolitics, which is focused on the value of natural resources of fossil origin, necessary for the maintenance and development of the energy sector. However, from ancient times, man faced the task of survival, in the solution of which not only heating was important for people, but also the absence of hunger. The First Agrarian, or Neolithic Revolution itself was a landmark transition of humanity from an appropriating economy in the form of a “hunter-gatherer economy” to a producing economy, which included agricultural sub-sectors. Since then, both the lives of individuals and the successes of states have critically depended on the development of agriculture.

Russo-Turkish war with Turkish flagged German ships (1914-1917)
In this study, the situation of the Russian-Turkish navy before the First World War and the Russian-Turkish struggle in the Black Sea during the First World War are expressed. The First World War started when Russia sided with Serbia against Austria-Hungary. At first, the Ottoman Empire wanted to ally with the Entente Powers, but upon the negative response of England, France and Russia, it made a secret agreement with Germany and started preparations for war against the Entente Powers. In order to strengthen the Turkish fleet, the German Admiral Souchon was appointed to the head of the Turkish fleet. The German and Turkish authorities to act before Russia, to exclude Russia from the war on the southern front or to weaken its combat power, the Turkish fleet under the command of Admiral Souchon suddenly bombed the Russian ports of Sevastopol, Odessa, Kefe, Kerch and Novorosiski on October 29, 1914 with a raid. Thus, the Ottoman Empire was efficaciously involved in the war. After the departure of Giersin, the Consul General of Russia in Istanbul, from Istanbul, the Russian-Turkish struggle began in the Caucasus and the Black Sea when Russia attacked the eastern region on November 2, 1914.
Key words: Russia, the Ottoman Empire, the First World War, the Black Sea, the Fleet.

Life, manners, customs and traditions of the Kurds of southern (Iraqi) Kurdistan. Historical perspective
This article is devoted to the life, customs and traditions of the Kurds of Iraqi Kurdistan from the 16th century to the present day. The purpose of this work is to describe the life, customs and traditions of the Kurds of Iraqi Kurdistan, to analyze how much the life of this people has changed over several centuries, whether ancient customs and traditions have survived.
In the course of the study of this issue, the author used the following methods:
- Description;
- Comparison;
- Ethnographic method (special methodology for the study of sociocultural phenomena).
In the course of studying this issue, the author of this article concluded that the life, customs and traditions of the kurds of Iraqi Kurdistan have not changed much over the course of several centuries. Of course, time makes its own adjustments, people no longer live the way they lived 100, 200, 300 years ago. However, family values and customs remained practically unchanged - respect for the elders, respect for the lead of the family, religiosity. Even today there are blood feuds and bride kidnapping.
True, nowadays young people con choose their own life partner, but the opinion of relatives (primarily father and mother) will be paramount.
Key words: Kurd, Yezidis, Ezdiki, fakirs, aga, sheikhs, peers, sanjak, amoz, purrza.
