Political ABCs as a means of deciphering political meanings
With the development of the media, the need for knowledge structuring has become sharply sharpened, how political realities are reflected and distorted in language, why political propaganda can be effective, or it can be a failure, how language helps convey the meaning of political messages and build political communications. In the most concise form, this process can be transmitted using the alphabet and visually reflected in the form of an alphabet, which is sometimes called political ABCs.
Key words: political linguistics, alphabet, context, discourse, political propaganda, agitation.

Language is one of the main assets of man. He is at the same time the keeper of collective memory and the engine of progress. In implementing the trend of regional integration, linguistic policy plays a significant role. With many positive aspects of a political-linguistic approach to solving regional problems, there are also a number of difficulties of a very different order, which are described in this article.
Key words: political linguistics, sociolinguistics, linguistic geography, regionalization, integration, indigenous peoples, regional languages.

Sociolinguistic possibilities of social behavior research
Social development has many forms, among which extremely often there are processes and phenomena, fixed by the terms having the prefix re-. She points to the connection of these actions with the desire to return to the past or to make a transition to the opposite reality, the opposite course of events. Among these processes are revolution and restoration. Sociolinguistics tools help to analyze their essence.
Key words: sociolinguistics, social reality, revolution, reincarnation, restoration, reversion, resharing.

On the cover meet: from the history of magazine covers
Each time has its own mass media. Magazines arise in the first decades of the existence of the Westphalian system of international relations. They carried the idea of national sovereignty, whatever they wrote, reflected the role of their state in the world. With the change in the international order, the aggravation of international competition, these publications have become tougher not only to disclose the policy of opponents, but also frankly ridicule them. At the same time in the style of filing both the material and the presentation of the theme on the cover of the journal, all the techniques developed in previous periods were preserved.
Key words: mass media, magazine, cover, world politics, world development forecast.

Effective time management: the constructivism experience vs the realities of deconstruction
The emergence of time management as a set of technologies to improve personal efficiency has coincided with the time a radical restructuring of the economy and work organization. In large part in the first half of the last century, this process was consonant with the ideas of constructivism. In the modern period, under the influence of the information revolution and computerization, much of the former baggage of time management was subject to revision. One of the options for updating the time management toolkit has become deconstructionism, which implies greater freedom of choice, depth of analysis and individualization.
Key words: constructivism, deconstruction, time, time management, critical thinking, argumentation.

League of Nations: to the 100th anniversary of the organization
One hundred years ago, the victorious countries in the First World War at the Paris Peace Conference established a new universal international organization - the League of Nations. She is considered the predecessor of the United Nations, which inherited from the League not only an understanding of the value of international cooperation and the rule of law, but also some of its structures - the Permanent Chamber of International Justice, the International Labor Organization, the Health Organization, the International Commission on Intellectual Cooperation. Despite serious progress in the humanitarian field, in particular in providing legal assistance to refugees, adopting international acts against slavery, in defense of the rights of women and children, the League failed to form an effective legal mechanism for settling international disputes. At the same time, interest in the experience of the League of Nations is growing, which is largely due to the current problems of the UN and the prospects for the development of international law.
Key words: international law, international organizations, League of Nations, war, territorial integrity, settlement of conflicts.
