Priorities for the development of railway transport in new regions of Russia in the mirror of the speeches of the president of the RF

The article is devoted to the development of railway transport in new regions of Russia, such as the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, taking into account current statements by the President of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problems of railway transport through the prism of the speeches of the President of Russia, to identify priority areas for the development of railway transport in new regions and to propose solutions to the identified problems. The culinary heritage of Northwestern Italy: unique and distinctive

Studying the lives of different peoples, ethnologists primarily investigate fundamental aspects of existence such as housing, clothing, and food. Based on these three characteristics, they judge the character of entire peoples and the code of their historical development. Of particular importance is the role of food, which reflects its culture in the broadest sense of the word. Even in ancient times, it was said: "Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you who you are." How many prejudices, restrictions, and various taboos are associated with food. What diverse reflection it has found in folklore - the ethnic memory of any people. But the attractiveness of Italian cuisine is also associated with concepts of a healthy lifestyle and the Mediterranean diet, which was inscribed on the list of intangible cultural heritage in 2010. The global popularity of Italian cuisine leaves no doubt about the significance of this subject of study.

Key words: nutrition, Northwestern Italy, Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, cultural interinfluence, culinary heritage, ethnology of food.

Logistics lines of international trade in the context of current transformations of the international system: theoretical and methodological foundations

The purpose of the article is to define the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the logistics lines of world trade, considered in the context of current transformations of the international system. Its methodological basis consists of the following geopolitical and neorealist approaches and corresponding methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, comparison, as well as the structural-diachronic method. As a result of the study, it was established that in the context of transformations of the modern world order, which involves the formation of a multipolar system, logistics lines of world trade are of particular importance since they can stimulate political processes of interaction and the state of connectivity of the global world. At the same time, they can also form a number of threats to the security of states that do not control them and do not strive for their development. Their special role, as well as their essential duality, must be taken into account when forming the methodological principles of their study.

Key words: logistics, logistics lines, transport corridors, communications, international system, world order, polycentricity, multipolarity.

Modern aspects of technological and scientific cooperation between China and the USA

Active interaction in the field of scientific and technological research and development between China and the United States has lasted since 1971. Over the entire period of cooperation, both countries have achieved many goals that form the basis of their joint efforts: the registration of important bilateral agreements in the scientific and technological field, and also creating a solid basis for interstate initiatives that provide an expanded framework for productive cooperation. China's scientific and technological capabilities have grown rapidly in recent years, posing a challenge to US technological superiority. In response, the US government, beginning with President Trump, has adopted a number of policies to manage China's growing influence in this area. The current stage is characterized by intensifying scientific and technological confrontation between these powers. Technological interactions between China and the US not only impact their bilateral relationship, but also have a profound impact on the global stage. In this context, it is critical for both countries to seek opportunities to work together in scientific and technological fields that can stimulate global progress and development, and ensure a new and more productive role for science and technology in world politics. The object of the study is Chinese-American relations. The purpose of the study is to characterize the modern features of technological and scientific cooperation between China and the United States. Research methods – research of scientific works on the research topic, general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization). Scientific novelty is a generalization of the current state, problems and directions of development of Chinese-American relations in the field of technological and scientific cooperation.

Key words: international relations, cooperation between the USA and China, technological cooperation, scientific cooperation, globalization, political conflicts.
