Nautical Education Reform of 1919
The issues of the reform of nautical education in 1919 are considered. The authors noted that simultaneously with the transformation of the management system of educational institutions in the Soviet Republic, work was carried out to create a new type of educational institutions for the training of sailors. The main directions of the future reform of nautical education were developed. In accordance with the new Regulations on the reform of educational institutions of water transport, vocational and technical day courses, evening courses for first and second level water transport workers, water transport technical schools and higher schools of the merchant fleet could be created. The authors concluded that for the first time a fairly coherent and consistent system of training water transport specialists was created.

Assessment of Alexander III's foreign policy course in soviet historiography
Objective: to establish the most significant trends in the views and assessments of Soviet historians on the foreign policy of Alexander III.
Research procedure and methods: analysis of assessments of Alexander III's foreign policy based on the study and systematization of the main directions of research on this issue in Soviet historiography.
The results of the study: the analysis and systematization of scientific approaches to the assessment of the foreign policy of the Russian Empire during the reign of Alexander III allows us to establish the current directions of research on this issue by Soviet historians, as well as to determine the ways of their further development.
Theoretical significance: the views and assessments of Soviet historians on the main directions of Alexander III's foreign policy are determined and systematized, which allow identifying new directions of research on this topic in Soviet historiography.

History of the evolution of the Russian political elite
The formation of a new model of the political elite went through several stages. The periodization of the evolution of the Russian political elite is based on its qualitative characteristics, which allow the political elite to personify and develop, express and embody the depths of the eternal national interest, reflect the traditional national consciousness, reflecting the unity of the past, present and future of the nation as a kind of organic integrity.

Problems of socio-cultural development in the field of education in the 30-40s in the Southern Urals
This article discusses the problems of education development in the Southern Urals: in the Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Orenburg regions, as well as Bashkortostan.
Special attention is paid to the situation of the teaching staff, the development and the existing difficulties in the pre-war period and the first years after the war.
The specific features of the difficulties in the modernization of education in different territories of the Southern Urals are considered separately. As well as the impact on the overall social and industrial development.

Vectors of the social policy of the administration N.I. Kondratenko (1997-2000)
The aim of the article is to reconstruct the main directions of social policy carried out by the Administration of the Krasnodar Region headed by N.I. Kondratenko in 1997–2000. The attention is paid to the components of the youth policy of the governor and his team. Specific youth support programs are brought to light, their ideological basis is highlighted and practical measures for their implementation in real life are studied. An analysis of social programs is carried out, an assessment of their effectiveness is performed, and the reasons for the partial incompleteness of the social vector of the policy taken are examined. The priority and systemacity of the development of social mechanisms in Kuban during the governorship of N.I. Kondratenko is emphasized, despite the complexity of the socio-economic situation in the region. In the course of the study, historical-comparative and historical-genetic methods are applied. Moreover, previously unstudied documents of the State Archive of Krasnodar Region (The State Archive of Krasnodar Region) on this issue are introduced into scholarly discourse.

On the issue of existence of parallel societies in Germany
The problem of forming of parallel societies in Germany is considered in this article. With the growing number of Muslim migrants in Germany it is becoming more difficult for the authorities of the country to control them. Migrants have become convinced in their impunity so much that they begin civil unrests from time to time, as it happened in Cologne on New Year’s Eve in 2015 when nearly thousand attacks of the descendants from Arab and the Northern African countries were registered. The topic of “parallel societies” arises in Germany more often in connection with such incidents. Though the existence of such societies in Germany is often disputed, researchers have used this term for consideration of various spheres of Muslims’ life. There is a necessity to examine this phenomenon and the reasons of its appearance.

Information society: realities and risks
In article characteristic features of an information society, including as consumer societies with peculiar to it constant updating of ways of information transfer, growth of its volumes, numbers of carriers, users, distributors are considered. Among risks of information boom the author gives particular attention to such properties of movement and information use, as accumulation of files of the information, abstraction of the information from initial, designing of the new information, its updating, machine intelligence use. In the conditions of a reality of information attacks, persecution, provocations, инфодемий information security problems are staticized. Among legal mechanisms of regulation of information highways to the author definition of a legal regime of the information on the Internet and a legal regime of the information in the form of databases is represented to the most fruitful.

In article the role of institute of education in formation of the human capital is considered. Adaptive physical education and the formation of a healthy lifestyle as one of the priorities of modern education
In the modern world, there are many different ways to attract people to sports. The author devoted the article to one of the urgent problems of modern society - the preservation and strengthening of the health of the younger generation. The article also reveals the problem of adaptive physical education of children. The importance of adaptive physical education in strengthening the health of children and in the formation of a healthy lifestyle is shown. The methodology of the study was made up of ontological principles of dialectics, which allowed us to present the problem as an interconnected and unified whole.

Defense-financial and mobilization programs as one of the key elements of military everyday life in the soviet rear in 1941-1945 (on the example of Dagestan)
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of organizing assistance to the Red Army from citizens, which took place in the form of subscriptions to military loans, raising money to the Defense Fund for the construction of a squadron of aircraft, a tank column, gifts and warm clothes for Red Army soldiers, as well as mass defense work in wartime conditions, and the associated transformation of everyday life. the life of the population of Dagestan. The author, based on the use of diverse materials, concluded that the population of the Dagestan Autonomous Republic, despite the material and everyday difficulties, has done a lot of work to mobilize financial resources and resources to fight against the enemy, which has become the norm of life of citizens in the conditions of military reality.
