Features of human resource management in the context of global changes
The article presents a broad view of the problem of human resource management in the context of global transformations. This problem can be considered key for several sciences: sociology, management theory, organization theory, informatics, cultural studies, global studies, etc. It has both an applied and a general theoretical character. First, the birth of new theories of organizational management, in which the patterns of organizational change were highlighted, was a sign of the onset of large-scale changes in many areas of human life. Secondly, a theoretical look at the problems of human resource management in organizations convinces us of the need to adhere to a polyparadigm approach, which creates a multivariate vision of the path of human resources development.

Explicit and hidden meanings of strikes
The country considers the historical experience of the strike struggle, which has been going on since the times of Ancient Egypt and does not stop at the present time. During this exceptionally long historical period, the strikes have not lost their original meanings, which included not only demands for better working conditions and payment of wages, but were also signals to society and the authorities about the existing trouble in political management, the inefficiency of the socio-economic course. It is this message sent by the labor movement to employers and governments that has led many leaders of the socialist movement to overestimate the power of strikes and overlook the process of transformation that continues to this day.
Key words: history, politics, labor movement, social protest, strike.

On the basis of archival documents that were previously not introduced into scientific circulation, the article examines the legislative activity of the right-wing monarchists in 1907 – the period of work of the Second State Duma and the State Council of the Russian Empire. A weak consolidation of the efforts of the rightists in the Duma and the State Council resulted in ineffective legislative work and neglect of constructive work with the government of P.A. Stolypin. The role of the Orthodox clergy is especially emphasized, for whom participation in the political life of the country was a real torment.
