Transformation of political socialization in world and russian thought regarding the concept of civil nation

The article is devoted to the evolution of approaches in the interpretation of the term «civil nation». The works of Russian and foreign experts devoted to the historical, anthropological, political science, comparative aspects of the analysis of the formation and functioning of the concept of «civil nation» are considered. Considered, among other things, related terminological categories - «identity», «citizenship», «religious identity», «ethnic identity». The authors of the article draws parallels between studies conducted abroad and in Russia and formulates their key promising areas. It is noted that Western society demonstrates a tendency towards the disintegration of civic identity into ethnic identity. The political processes taking place in the developed countries of the world testify to a deep crisis of the idea of a civil nation in the countries of the West; at the same time, the idea of a civil nation in Russia, on the contrary, is being revived.

Keywords: civil nation, political socialization, ethnic nation, identity, civil society, multiculturalism.

The purpose of the study is to identify, using specific examples, the problems, associated with the perception of the results of the Second World War in the international community and within the Russian society, to consider and propose measures to overcome possible falsifications of history and measures to preserve and maintain the historical memory of the Great Victory. Impact of (EMGF) on the share of Russian gas in the energy market in Europe

The discovery of (natural gas wells) in the Eastern Mediterranean region over the past few years contributed to the establishment of the Organization (EMGF)) in 2020 as an intermediary regional platform between producers and consumers of natural gas, and within a short period of time these founding countries have become from a natural gas consumer gas to the manufacturer, as well as the exporter to foreign countries.

With the advent of the organization (EMGF) and its geographical advantages and proximity to the European market, which is looking to diversify the sources of natural gas consumption and reduce dependence on Russian gas pipelines.

The desire of the European Union and the World Bank to join (EMGF) as an observer member testifies to the importance of the organization and future economic, military and geopolitical changes at the regional and international levels.

While the emergence of an (EMGF) organization as a new source of natural gas may hinder the operation of the Russian gas pipeline (Nord Stream 2), and may also create some diversity of sources and competition, but at present Europe will not be able to reduce demand from Russian gas pipelines due to the COVID-19 crisis as well as climate change, which has led to a significant reduction in its strategic gas reserves.
