Freedom and autonomy: the history of the university movement and the origins of the social magic of universities
The foundation date of the first European university in Bologna is 1088. In spite of the fact that before that, and simultaneously with universities there were educational institutions, knowledge in which was given not worse, and some even better than in universities, the university system became the basis for training specialists in the most important areas for humanity. Moreover, universities were a special world, built on the principles of a corporate system, based on the rights of autonomy and academic freedom. Almost a thousand-year success of universities was ensured by the fact that their social organization was built on the principles of corporatism, uniting teachers and students and translating this culture of social interaction into a non-academic environment.
Key words: university, students, autonomy, academic freedoms, corporation, traditions.

Therefore, to reduce stress and increase the efficiency of cooperation, the economy of time is distinguished by the category “business time”.
