Ecological meanings of international cooperation: all the secret becomes apparent
The keen attitude of people towards the environment is a natural consequence of technological progress, which allows a person to take more and more natural resources for his needs. This concern is now increasingly taking on radical forms of environmental activism, which take place without taking into account the historical and cultural experience of reading the symbols of nature, which in the past guided people's actions to the development of natural resources. The return of reading skills of symbols of nature will help, on the one hand, reduce the intensity of radicalism in the environmental movement, and, on the other hand, create the basis for a more careful attitude to nature.
Key words: ecology, semantics, ecological culture, symbols, ecoactivism.

Effects of regionalization
The article discusses the main effects of regionalization, manifested both in regionalization within states and in the regional integration of sovereign actors. The focus is on the overflow effect, which allows the positive results of one area to be transferred to other, as a rule, problem areas. Other effects of regionalization that highlight this process are also highlighted: static, dynamic, network, demonstration. However, there is an alternative effect that can make you think about the benefits of regionalization.
Key words: globalization, regionalization, theory of international relations, subsidiarity, spillover effect.

Geopolitics of underground communications
Modern manifestations of international life, which are becoming more and more dramatic, convince us that the provisions of classical geopolitics, built on the basis of the forces of sea and land powers, do not allow us to adequately assess their potential, which ensures successful domestic political development and a worthy place on the world stage. An indicator of geopolitical power was the development of airspace. The largest states are actively participating in the space race. However, underground territories are still regarded as treasures of minerals, and countries that are leaders in their extraction and export, according to a number of politicians and scientists, are at risk of lingering in previous technological ways and not entering the innovation world. This view seems limited. The space of the dungeon has long been assimilated by a person who seeks to find in it not only shelter in the event of terrestrial troubles, but also to use underground utilities to organize quick and unhindered communication between significant settlements. The creation of such underground facilities can be regarded as the result of engineering achievement, but also as the ability of the parties to conclude free transit agreements on such routes. The images of the dungeon were reflected in the geopolitical picture of the world and the terms of separation: “tunnel war”, “tunnel vision”, “bunker thinking”, etc. Therefore, it is important to represent the geopolitics of underground communications through those objects that make up a person’s pride and create conditions for freedom and speed movements, and are not just signs of faith in a reliable shelter at the time of global catastrophe.
Key words: geopolitics, international relations, history, dungeon, tunnels, tunnel war, transport.

On the characteristics of the cultural policy of the Russian Federation (“Russian multiculturalism”)
The sociocultural characteristics of states cease to be monocultural. Globalization, of which mass migration has become a part, erodes cultural boundaries. Scientific ideas about the current state and prospects of the world order are also changing. A number of experts believe that the cultural diversification of mankind will remain a constant in the future world order, despite cultural globalization. In social science, the prevailing opinion is the importance of maintaining the multipolarity of the world and the multicultural nature of the social system, despite the ongoing unification of cultures. Against this background, there is a revision of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the activities of states in the management of multicultural societies. The theory of multiculturalism in its various variations is particularly widely discussed as a methodology for this activity. In this work, we used a cross-cultural approach to the issue of multiculturalism, in the center of which the practice of domestic cultural policy in historical retrospective.
Key words: Russian Federation, cultural policy, sociocultural phenomenon, multiculturalism, interethnic relations.

The State and Society of Medieval Russia in Assessments by N.Sh. Kollmann
The article is devoted to the views of the American scholar Nancy Shields Collmann on the state and society of medieval Russia. Kollmann’s concept of building a power vertical in the 16th-century Moscow state is analyzed, including the correlation of the power of Moscow rulers who adapted it to existing political and social institutions and European monarchs who were faced with identical tasks of public administration: to connect local elites to their state projects expansion, how to increase the army and how to provide all this with collected taxes. The conclusions of the American researcher who debunk the myth of autocratic Muscovy are shown: the description of governance in the Muscovite state presented in books represents it as part of Europe.
Key words: N.Sh. Kollmann, medieval Russia, Muscovy, historiography of Muscovite Russia.

The involvement of Altai women in the process of socialist transformations
After the October Revolution, the complex process of political, economic and social transformations was accompanied by an active struggle with the ideology of the overthrown system and the introduction of a new ideology, new ideas and values. The state policy on work among women was carried out in the following areas: development of legislation on women; the formation of party-state governing bodies among them; creation of a system for the protection of motherhood and childhood; training women for work in state and public institutions; determination of forms and methods of development of their social activity; raising the level of education and culture of women and their involvement in the economic and economic life of society. The space of cinema as a field of political communication among students
The article reveals the urgent problem of more than a hundred-year history of training specialists in cinema in a higher school. Models of higher cinema education in different countries are compared, in particular the USA and Russia. It is shown that not only the quality of education, but also the very number of higher educational institutions of cinematographic profile in the United States makes the learning process, and, more importantly, the atmosphere in the university, more open to society. The increase in the number of similar educational institutions in our country should also contribute to this. But now, not only in Russian cinema universities, but also in other students, cinema is actively using cinema as a platform for communication, including political.
Key words: communicative culture, higher school, cinema, media education, students, festivals.
