Francisco Franco: the specifics of the authoritarian regime
Francisco Franco is one of the iconic figures in Spanish and world politics of the 1930s - 1970s. He formed his own version of the authoritarian regime after the civil war in 1936-1939, taking on the task of leading the country out of the worst crisis with the help of strategies and technologies of the so-called «corporate state». Franco's authoritarian regime has undergone a series of internal transformations, moving from strict control over the socio-political sphere to partial liberalization of public life and the economy. The Francoist regime at a late stage of its existence was capable of any kind of «the modernization from above», which created opportunities for the deeper and better transformations in the future. After the period of international isolation, the Francoist regime created the prerequisites for the restoration of Spain's international position; this process began during the reign of Caudillo. Meanwhile, the process of revising the Francoist heritage in modern Spain continues; such a circumstance makes it relevant to consider the «Spanish case» in the context of «the waves of authoritarianism» experienced in the XX century.
Key words: Spain, Franco, civil war, authoritarianism, corporate state, liberalization, national reconciliation.

Heirs of St. Vladimir: struggle for the Rostov principality and its reflection in "Eymundar þáttr"
The paper analyzes the evidence from foreign sources - the Old Icelandic Saga "Eymundar þáttr", the Chronicle of Thietmar of Merserburg, and the Annals of Jan Dlugosh – about the possible heirs of Grand Prince Vladimir the Great. After comparing their information with the reports of the Russian chronicles, it is suggested that, at an early stage, the nature of the fratricidal strife between the Vladimir’s sons Yaroslav and Boris could be determined by the clash of colonial interests of Novgorod and Kiev for the territory and resources of the Rostov principality.
Key words: fratricidal strife 1015-1018 in Kievan Rus, Boris Vladimirovich, Prince of Rostov, Yaroslav the Wise, Svyatopolk Okayanny.

The tsar’s image into consciousness of post-reform peasantry (based on materials from Saratov province)
The purpose of the study is to consider the impact of the abolition of serfdom in Russia on the attitude of the peasantry to the supreme power. The article presents a stereotypical image of the tsar, which has developed in the popular consciousness on the basis of the values of traditional society. The scientific novelty of the study is due to the introduction of new historical sources into scientific circulation, illustrating the reaction of the Saratov peasantry to the implementation of the reform of 1861. It is concluded that the discrepancy between the ideal image of the ruler as a defender of the peasantry and the policy pursued by him was the reason for the transformation of the attitude of the peasants to the monarch. The dominant mass of peasants until the beginning of the XX century shared the traditional foundations of the world order. Nevertheless, the presence of offensive statements against the head of state and criticism of his activities by the peasants in the post-reform period indicate a maturing social conflict.
Key words: post-reform period, abolition of serfdom, the tsar’s image, public consciousness, peasantry, Saratov province.

Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA) in the 1950s-1980s: ideology and practice of soviet investment policy
The paper examines the features of the USSR investment policy in the member countries of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA) in the 1950-1980s. The subject of this research is the historical experience of the formation and activities of an international economic association within the framework of a planned socialist system. The author analyzes the ideological foundations of the financial and industrial policy of the USSR in relation to the socialist countries of Eastern Europe, shows and the specifics of commodity exchange within the CMEA and the real influence of trade with socialist countries on the economy and everyday life in the USSR. The study reveals the negative impact of the "stagnation" process in the USSR in the 1980s on the effectiveness of the CMEA and its dissolution in 1991. The author's hypothesis is that the investment policy of the USSR was of a paternalistic type of support for the CMEA as a large economic structure in the 1950-1980s, but under the conditions of the transition to a free market, CMEA had to either cease to exist or modernize its activities in accordance with the concept of a liberal economy.
Key words: foreign policy of the USSR, investment policy of the USSR Eastern Europe, Council for Mutual Economic Assistance, "perestroika", market reforms.

"The meaning is where the snakes of the integral are": a new vision of the world in integral education
The article presents the process of the “rise” of the concept of “integral”, which appeared in Ancient Greece for a more accurate measurement, but over time developed into an approach that is significant not only for mathematical analysis, but also for understanding the specifics of social organization. All the factors that determine the interdependence of development inevitably pushed people to formulate an integral theory. However, according to the author, the most fruitful path to an integral worldview lies through the development of integral education.
Key words: integral, model of the world, science, integral sociology, integral theory, integral education, higher education.

Everyone has one space: geopolitical traces in the astronomy of small cosmic bodies
The article raises a problem related to the transfer of relations, developing both between people and between states, to the objects of the Heavenly sphere. The very practice of assigning names to space bodies reflected not only the state of the socio-economic development of mankind, but also conveyed a picture of the economic ties of individual territories. In a later period, starting from the 19th century, when most of the large celestial forces were discovered, models for naming small celestial bodies arose, including the geopolitical meanings of earthly activity.
Key words: geopolitics, international relations, science, discoveries, onomastics, astronomy, morality.
