The Thirty Years War - A Prototype of Hybrid Wars
The idea of the article is to show that the phenomenon of hybrid war, which confidently entered the scientific and official discourse, has a long history. In author’s opinion, the Thirty Years’ War in Central Europe can be characterized as one of the first historical examples of hybrid war.

The Eye of the Planet: The Value of International Analytical Journalism
Russia has always been great interest in the international media. Almost a century has in our country history of magazines devoted to the events taking place abroad. Among them are the popular and scientific publications. Under the influence of information globalization is changing the speed and style of presentation materials, a convergence of international journalism and analysts.

The history of the development of the communicative and political culture of students
One hundred years ago, a single youth organization emerged in our country - the Communist Youth Union. In his ranks, he united the students of the Land of the Soviets. However, the Komsomol could not cope with the tasks that were created, including the expanded communicative field, where young people were presented with different points of view and other possibilities were revealed. In the new conditions of the absence of such a political structure, the main task of developing a communicative culture of students is not placed on public organizations, but on the educational process.

Cannons and muses: antiwar artistic manifesto during the First World War
The First World War was not just the first global military catastrophe, it fundamentally changed the perception of the man himself on the field of battle. The initial euphoria was quickly replaced by a military sense of the nightmare and horror. The answer to such a sensation was the formation of antiwar manifesto, which gave force not the actions of politicians but the talent of masters of culture and art.

History visualization: preservation of monuments and the profession of a restorer
The article analyzes the competence of the restorer-builder, due to the complexity, diversity and exclusivity of the work, determined by the need to preserve the monuments of the past. In connection with the solution of the problem of visualization of history, the features of the development of the restoration business at the present stage and the requirements for the competence of the restorer-builder are investigated.

From a resource-oriented economy to a person-oriented economy: the power of time
Time dictates its own requirements both to an individual and to society as a whole. The imperative of time is most clearly manifested in the economy. Each of the technological orders born as a result of industrial progress was characterized by a special attitude to resources. The new sixth order was a period, the imperative of which was a human-oriented economy with its careful attitude to human resources and taking into account in their use of time resources.

The power of image: the attractiveness of the profession of engineer
The article considers the image of the modern engineering profession, considers the history of the attitude of people to the profession "engineer" and its transformation over time. Analyzed the influence of the image on the selection of entrants and the impact of ratings of occupations on certain criteria on the choice of schoolchildren and their parents in choosing the direction of study. The article lists the factors that restrain the professional choice in favor of technical specialties. In the article were formulated the role and functions of the state in forming the image of the engineering profession. The result of the study was the conclusion that competently built public information and information management about the industry and its achievements will make it more effective and effective, and thereby create a positive image of technical professions and raise the prestige of Russia in the eyes of the world community.

Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
In December 1948, 70 years have passed since the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN General Assembly. This act summed up the centuries-old struggle for human rights and opened the way for the expansion of this space. However, the difficulties in realizing fundamental human rights compel caution in hastily ascertaining successes in this area.
