Abstract
Rybakov S.V.
About some lines of formation and development of political science

The article notes some meaningful stages in the formation of political science. It is pointed out that, despite the fact that this branch of knowledge appeared in ancient times, its formation stretched for many centuries: the development of an integral view of political activity was hindered by the cultural and mental characteristics of different countries. It is shown how the presence of these features influenced the formation of approaches to the development of political science in France, the USA, Great Britain and Germany. It is said that purposeful efforts to overcome discrepancies in the interpretation of the subject, goals and methods of political science began to be undertaken after the end of World War II. A certain effectiveness of these measures is emphasized. At the same time, however, it is stated that these measures have not yet been able to completely subordinate political research to uniform schemes and rules.

Keywords: political science, formation, development, national characteristics, integration.

The concept and main directions of the development of state policy to strengthen traditional ideological values among the population of Russia

In the era of widespread globalization, the world has faced the rejection of traditional values, and the transition of some countries to a new format of neoliberal development, in which the understanding of this phenomenon is interpreted in different contexts. People begin to perceive the world differently, due to the imposition of ideological concepts on them, as a result of which values that exclude the family, the state, and the person as the main participant in public relations come out in the first place. In this regard, it is particularly important to develop a state policy to strengthen traditional values among the population of the country, since this factor contributes to the formation of a stable, socially stable society aimed at the development of its own country, committed to its interests and identity. Traditional values are built on the history of the state, which determines the type of people's life activity aimed at developing and improving the quality of living in the country. This article is aimed at researching the main directions of public policy formation in this context, with the aim of which the basic concepts of traditional values in the world, concepts that are characteristic of the modern stage of time, are studied. At the same time, it is concluded that it is traditional values that are the basis for the worldview and stability of the development of any state, since they take into account the needs and capabilities of a person inherent in him at the biological level.

Keywords: ideological values, traditions, state, politics, influence, globalization, liberalization.

Tradition and Archaization in Axiological Dimention

Tradition and archaization are presented here as antagonistically resisting phenomena: while tradition is appreciated as an everlasting source of national experience and vitality, archaization is argued to be an instrument of social regress. The revival of traditional Russian values is comprehended as a potential risk to confuse these two concepts and trends, thus promoting social destruction.

Keywords: tradition, traditional, national tradition, value, axiology, axiological, traditional values, national values, archaic, archaization.

On the Function of Moral Education of Literature as a Course — taking English Literature course as an example

Literature teaching is not only a process of aesthetics, but also a process of moral education. Although China and the West have different cultural backgrounds, they have a long history and universal recognition of moral education. Chinese and Western literatures not only carry rich cultural connotation, but also contain profound humanistic spirit, which always provide spiritual food and moral pillar for people living in the material world. More attention should be paid to the function of moral education in literature teaching. Literature courses not only promote the improvement of students' language skills, but also carry the function of moral education to students. Therefore, the consciousness of literature teaching for moral education should also be enhanced. To clarify the moral education function of the purpose of literature teaching, pay attention to the moral education connotation of literature teaching content, reform the teaching method of literature courses, and achieve "promoting morality by ability", not only can improve the teaching effect of literature courses, but also can uplift the moral level of students, so as to further their humanistic and comprehensive quality, that is, "promoting ability by morality".

Keywords: literature courses, moral function, promote morality by ability, promote ability by morality.

The impact of German migration policy on the reception of asylum seekers in France after the 2015 European Migration Crisis

In public and political discussions in France, German migration policy, and in particular the policy of refugee reception, is considered to be a good example to follow. However, there are virtually no works comparing the French and German models, although it is worth noting that migration policy, the system of asylum seeker distribution, the organization and outcomes of the asylum procedure, and the various national concepts of integration, despite their similarities, are still marked by strong differences. This article examines the impact of policies towards the above mentioned category in France and Germany (The impact of German migration policy on French migration policy).

Keywords: migration policy, Germany, asylum seeker, refugee, comparative study, France.

International humanitarian law in the context of contemporary challenges

The article talks about the impact of the challenges of the modern era on international humanitarian law. Radical changes in the system of international relations in the conditions of globalization: the increase in the role and influence of non-state actors, the asymmetric application of force as a result of the transformation of armed violence, the narrowing of the sphere of application of international legal norms weaken the role of International Humanitarian Law in the face of the challenges of the modern era.

The urbanization of wars, the constant increase in the number of casualties among the civilian population, the limitation of the opportunities to provide the necessary assistance to the victims of war, and the destructive activities of non-state actors in this direction hinder the effective application of international humanitarian norms. The way out of the problem is to encourage the adaptation of International Humanitarian Law to the new reality.

Keywords: international humanitarian law, modern armed conflicts, urban fighting, ICRC, humanitarian aid.

Eurasian integration in the foreign policy discourse of post-soviet states

The international political discourse has developed a narrow understanding of Eurasian integration that does not meet the national interests of Russia and other CIS member countries. For many post-Soviet states, Eurasian integration is viewed in the context of their interaction with Russia. This aspect is reflected in the models of foreign policies of the countries of the former USSR.

The article presents four models of such policies: nationalist, liberal, pragmatic and neighborly. The author comes to the conclusion that the model of good neighborliness is the most universal and stable for the post-Soviet space. It combines three components: a common historical and cultural experience, geographical proximity and a policy of good neighborliness. The adoption of these components serves as the basis for Eurasian integration, contributes to building communications with neighbors on a priority basis and opens new pages in relation to states.

Keywords: Eurasian integration, foreign policy, discourse, post-soviet space, good neighborliness.

Reflections on teaching methods based on the practice of teaching the Russian language at the university - review of the book “Psychology of teaching the Russian language”

Teaching Russian in China differs from teaching Russian as a foreign language in Russia; the differences lie in the subject of study, in the learning environment, and in the ways of organizing educational activities. Russian language teachers must combine different teaching situations, start with the subject of teaching, set different learning objectives and learn effective teaching methods. For Russian language teachers, studying pedagogy is a long process that accompanies them throughout their entire teaching career. The book “Psychology of Teaching the Russian Language” systematically, comprehensively, and from a scientific point of view examines strategies for teaching the Russian language in higher educational institutions and analyzes the essence of the methodology for teaching the Russian language. From the point of view of psychology, this book analyzes in detail how to develop students' motivation, interest and learning abilities, how to reconcile the substantive relationships between the two educational processes - "teaching (learning)" and "learning (perception)", how to achieve in the learning process optimal results.

Keywords: teaching the Russian language, teaching methods, teacher, psychology.
