The historical basis of the research is made up of the latest domestic periodicals, as well as dissertation studies. The directions of evacuation operations are traced: Western Siberia and Middle Asia. The reader is offered an overview of the main approaches to the phenomenon of evacuation in different regions of the USSR during wartime. The discrepancy of the estimates given to evacuation activities in the scientific literature is indicated. Moral and ethical basis of charity of Siberian merchants at the end of the XIX century (on the example of Yenisei province)
The article examines the moral and ethical foundations of the charitable activities of the merchants of the Yenisei province in the late 19th century. The study of the dynasties of Siberian merchants Danilov, Kochnev and Bartashev (Minusinsk), Shchegolev (Krasnoyarsk), Dementyev and Skornyakov (Yeniseisk) helped to reveal the peculiarities of raising children in a merchant family, necessary for the formation of a worthy moral and ethical image of future heirs. Hard work, religiosity, the priority of strong family relationships, a constant desire for cultural and educational growth, an active civic position contributed to the gradual internal evolution of the merchants in the direction of the "enlightened merchant". The author concluded that a significant part of the Siberian merchants had a highly spiritual nature, which was widely expressed in their generous charity. The charitable activities of the merchants of the Yenisei province were of considerable importance in the development of public life in the Siberian province.

The article is devoted to the life and scientific work of Kayum Nasyri (1825-1902), an outstanding Tatar educator, linguist, teacher and ethnographer. It examines three key stages of his scientific development: training in madrasah, where his views on education and linguistics were formed; pedagogical work in the system of the Kazan Theological Academy, which contributed to his professional development and interaction with the Russian scientific intelligentsia; as well as the scientific publishing and social stage, when he was actively involved in the publication of textbooks, dictionaries, ethnographic research and participated in the work of scientific societies. Dysphemization of US domestic political discourse from 2015 to 2024
The article presents the results of a study of emotional-evaluative vocabulary used by representatives of the Republican and Democratic parties during their information confrontation within the framework of the last three campaigns for the US presidential election (2015-2024). The object of the study was the speeches of competitors running for the presidential post, their fellow party members and supporters. The subject of the study is the practice of dysphemization of political discourse used by both sides of the political struggle in the communicative space. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that dysphemization of political discourse is both a symptom of a deep split in the ranks of voters and an instrument for exacerbating and deepening this split. The study used a comprehensive methodology, including elements of corpus analysis, pragmalinguistic discourse analysis, cognitive linguistics, lexicology and lexicography. The results of the study indicate the end of the era of political correctness in the US domestic political discourse, the saturation of the discourse with dysphemistic and pejorative vocabulary. The results lead to conclusion about the necessity of creating an explanatory dictionary of modern American political dysphemisms.
Key words: political discourse, vocabulary, dysphemism, pejorative vocabulary, pragmalinguistic analysis, USA, political parties, presidential campaign.

Management language as an industry language of business (based on the English language)
The article is devoted to the study of the English terminological system in the field of management with regard to aspects of the structure and semantics of its components. The typology of cognitive-linguistic and institutional features that distinguish management discourse from other discursive types is explored. A comprehensive analysis of the main ways of forming management terms is carried out, among which morphological derivation, compounding and abbreviation are highlighted. The reasons that determine the dominant role of compounding in management terminology are established. The most frequent morpho-grammatical models in the discursive space of management are identified. Attention is focused on the syntactic status of such terminological units, which allows us to assert that multicomponent terms represent one member of a sentence that does not have synonyms, which fundamentally makes them different from free phrases. Extralinguistic and intralinguistic factors that determine the specifics of the formation of the terminological layer of the lexical system of a language are also explored. Based on the analysis of practical material with its integrative connection to the structural and compositional realities of the modern discursive space of management, the authors of the article propose a comprehensive structural and thematic stratification of terminological units, which allows us to study the conceptual apparatus and trace the main algorithms of the hierarchical interaction of terms of each of the identified structural and thematic segments. Using the continuous sampling method, five structural and thematic groups are identified and stratified, which allows us to conclude that the term management system is a consciously constructed system, divided into flexible and open terminological fields. A statistical analysis is carried out to establish the frequency of use of terminological units of structural and thematic subsystems of the general management terminological system in the discursive space of business. The distinctive feature of abbreviations is investigated, which is represented by a high level of consistency and hierarchy of correlations between abbreviation terms.
Key words: discursive space, terminological units, language for special purposes, management process, structural and thematic block, affix vector, structuring of constituents, extralinguistic and intralinguistic factors.

The linguistic innovation of Marina Tsvetaeva: occasionalisms as a setting for a language experiment
The article is devoted to the lexical and syntactic accidents of M.I. Tsvetaeva. The paper defines their status, outlines the range of concepts «occasionality», «occasionalism», «word», «folklore lexical and syntactic unit», justifies the legitimacy of their application in relation to the lexical and syntactic occasionalisms of the Tsvetaeva language. There are four groups of lexical and syntactic accidents.: 1) created according to models of Russian word formation; 2) created according to models of German word formation; 3) created according to original models; 4) created according to folklore models, as well as hyphenated folklore lexical and syntactic units adjacent to the four groups indicated. Russian Russian literature draws conclusions about the great influence of foreign languages (German and French) on the linguistic experimentation of M.I. Tsvetaeva, as well as the poetics and word-formation models of Russian folklore and word-formation patterns of the Russian literary language in a synchronic and diachronic aspect.

Binary oppositions as an artistic feature of M.Yu. Lermontov’s “Cossack Lullaby”
The article demonstrates the experience of structural analysis of the artistic text - "Cossack Lullaby" by M. Yu. Lermontov, based on the principle of binary oppositions and developed by Yu. M. Lotman and other structuralist scientists. The principle of binarity of elements of the artistic text is expressed through the relations of co-opposition of its elements. The expression of the relations of pairing is repetition, as a means of ordering the text. The repetition of the phrase "Sleep, my beautiful baby, bayushki-bayu" becomes an expression of systemic relations, and the connections arising between the repetitions are expressed in the relations of opposition and comparison, opening up new meanings and values in the work in comparison with the folklore text of lullabies. Repeating in each of the six stanzas of the poem, the repetition, on the one hand, brings together parts of the text, on the other, serves as a differentiator of their meanings. Within each stanza, there is also a process of structural juxtaposition of its parts: repetition as a part is opposed to the main part of the stanza, acting as an antithesis to the sadness and difficulty of fate, indicated in the main part. If in a folk lullaby repetition is a technique of analysis, then in a work of art it is a function expressing the structure of the text.
Key words: structural analysis of text, Yu.M. Lotman, binary oppositions, repetition, contrast, recoding, lullaby, folklore.
