Effectiveness of mastering phrasal verbs by general educational institution graduates
The research is devoted to the problem of studying phrasal verbs in the curriculum of educational institutions. Over the last forty-fifty years, there has been an amount of research aimed at analyzing idiomatic forms like phrasal verbs. Yet, these new theories have failed to penetrate the pedagogical practices. To this day, there has been no significant change in teaching approaches to idiomatic expressions like phrasal verbs. The obtained data show how often first-year students of a linguistic department use phrasal verbs when translating the contexts which require phrasal verb usage from Russian into English. The necessity to pay more attention to the most frequent multi-word units in English that is the phrasal verb is underlined as well as the importance to unpack new ways of approaching phrasal verbs.

Russo-Turkish war with Turkish flagged german ships (1914-1917)
In this study, the situation of the Russian-Turkish navy before the First World War and the Russian-Turkish struggle in the Black Sea during the First World War are expressed. The First World War started when Russia sided with Serbia against Austria-Hungary. At first, the Ottoman Empire wanted to ally with the Entente Powers, but upon the negative response of England, France and Russia, it made a secret agreement with Germany and started preparations for war against the Entente Powers. In order to strengthen the Turkish fleet, the German Admiral Souchon was appointed to the head of the Turkish fleet. The German and Turkish authorities to act before Russia, to exclude Russia from the war on the southern front or to weaken its combat power, the Turkish fleet under the command of Admiral Souchon suddenly bombed the Russian ports of Sevastopol, Odessa, Kefe, Kerch and Novorosiski on October 29, 1914 with a raid. Thus, the Ottoman Empire was efficaciously involved in the war. After the departure of Giersin, the Consul General of Russia in Istanbul, from Istanbul, the Russian-Turkish struggle began in the Caucasus and the Black Sea when Russia attacked the eastern region on November 2, 1914.

The fight against epidemics in the armies of the White Movement during the Civil War in Russia
The problems of preventing and combating epidemics were among the most urgent in the Russian Empire and the Russian Imperial Army in particular. The direct companion of the fighting of that period were cholera, smallpox, typhus, which caused great damage to the active army. There was no unified sanitary and epidemiological service in pre-revolutionary Russia. During the Civil War, this problem persisted, and in this regard, one of the main tasks of the military doctors of the opposing sides was to develop the prevention and treatment of infectious patients, and as early as possible. Using a number of sources and historiography, the article analyzes the effectiveness of the struggle of the armies of the White Movement and the problems they faced.
Key words: White Movement medicine, epidemics, typhus, cholera, «Spanish flu», epidemic infirmaries, laundry and bath units.

Staffing for health care in the Urals during the Great Patriotic War
Based on documents extracted from regional archives, the article analyzes the problem of providing the civilian population with medical personnel in wartime conditions - the Great Patriotic War, using the example of the Urals. At the beginning of the war, the Ural region faced an acute shortage of medical workers, caused by the mobilization of employees in hospitals and to the front. However, a serious help was the fact that the region was a rear area, as a result of which, by 1941, the influx of evacuated doctors not only compensated for this decline, but also led to a significant increase in the number of doctors in medical institutions. In addition, the presence of a large number of institutes and medical schools in the Urals (including those evacuated) became an important factor in replacing the personnel who left during the war years. Along with this, we note that a significant disproportion in the level of provision of the urban and rural population with medical personnel remained a significant problem in wartime. In the countryside, the number of doctors was 3-4 times lower than in the city, as a result of which they were replaced by nurses. The author comes to the conclusion that despite the difficult military conditions, the health authorities of the Urals managed to provide medical assistance to the civilian population of the region, which was, among other things, an important factor in the rear life of workers.
Key words: health care system, doctors, paramedical personnel, the Urals, the Great Patriotic War.

Protection and Inheritance of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Evenki Ethnic Group in the Amur River Basin in Russia
The preservation of intangible cultural heritage in the context of globalization is in conflict with the stable dynamics of its processes, which level and bring to a “common denominator” the unique original culture of indigenous and small peoples.
The intangible cultural heritage of the Evenks living in the Russian Far East is closely connected with their material culture and, above all, traditional occupations and crafts, the scope of which is constantly shrinking. Support institutions formally operate in the subjects of the Russian Federation, however, the instability of national-territorial zoning, the fragmentation and obsolescence of the legal framework, the lack of systemic regulation (strategic planning documents) in the field of heritage protection, as well as the relative weakness of regional and local budgets, do not allow to fully integrate the tradition, intangible heritage to the institutions for the development of the information society.
The Foundation's project: "Comparative study on the preservation and Inheritance of the intangible Cultural Heritage of the Orochon (Evenk) people in the Amur River basin" is a research project of fundamental scientific research of Heihei University in 2022, project number YDP202203.
Key words: Evenks, indigenous peoples, identity, traditional crafts, culture, sustainable development, national-territorial formations.
