Building a culture of social management
The modern world can be imagined as a network, in the threads of which processes and phenomena of different spheres of life are intertwined and connected. They are usually studied by various sciences. However, the interconnectedness of many aspects of reality requires an equally integrated approach to understanding both the essence of the changes taking place in society as a whole and to each individual person, as well as analyzing the details of these transformations, since from the slightest advance, even in an insignificant element of the entire social structure, waves can go out that cause indignation. and sometimes the destruction of the entire system. The article analyzes the possibility of combining the subject fields of sociology, management theory and cultural studies and the formation of a new scientific direction - the culture of social management.
Key words: management, managerial culture, managerial activity, culture, management culture, managerial culture of a leader, professional culture, value, organizational culture, social phenomenon.

Features of the organization of Zemstvo medicine in the great Russian and foreign provinces of the Russian empire in the second half of the XIXth century
In the history of the Russian state, self-government has played an important role and actually existed throughout its development. But self-government acquired a special status after the introduction of zemstvo bodies, the functions of which were much broader than those ones which had already existed. One of the most important areas of the activity was the formation of the zemstvo health system. The medical institutions, which existed before, were very few in number, with a small territorial coverage and caused negative impressions among the population. But the need for a network of medical institutions was very great, it was caused, first of all, by various epidemics (typhoid, cholera), which covered regions with a numerous peasant population. There were many problems for the zemstvo: from solving personnel issues to finding buildings for hospitals. Initially, the traveling system of providing qualified medical care prevailed, when a doctor came to a certain settlement on a schedule and examined the patients, the rest of the time work with patients was concentrated in the hands of paramedics. But this practice was not effective. Since the mid-1880th zemstvo moved to the system of inpatient medical care, with the opening of zemstvo hospitals, maternity hospitals, infectious diseases hospitals, vaccination centers and laboratories. The coverage of territories and patients has increased significantly, this led to a decrease in mortality, an increase in the influence of doctors on the population and an increase in the authority of the zemstvo as a whole.
Key words: zemstvo self-government, zemstvo medicine, doctors, hospitals, traveling system, patients, hospitals.

The activities of the cultural and educational institutions of the Red Army in the 1920s
The article is devoted to the analysis of the work of the cultural and educational institutions of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army in the 20s of the XX century. On the basis of numerous archival sources, the scale and variety of this type of ideological activity in units, subunits and garrisons is shown. The most significant areas of cultural and educational work of the Red Army clubs, Lenin's corners (rooms), Red Army Houses are considered, the types, means and forms of this work are shown, achievements and shortcomings are revealed. The activity of the libraries of the Red Army was also analyzed, its positive and negative aspects were noted. The conclusion says that many components of the activities of the cultural and educational institutions of the Red Army in the 1920s formed the basis for cultural and leisure work in the clubs of military units, information and leisure rooms for units, officers 'houses and officers' clubs, military libraries of the modern Russian army. For example, in the Houses of Officers and officers' clubs such time-tested forms of mass work as lectures, performances, concerts, film screenings, excursions, exhibitions, evenings of questions and answers, etc. are successfully used.

Coverage of the losses of the Armed Forces of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) in the historiography of the "pre-perestroika" period (February 1946 - the first half of the 1980s)
This article examines the coverage of data on the losses of the Armed Forces of the USSR during the years of the Great Patriotic War in Soviet historiography in the period from 1946 to the early 1980s. The author analyzes cases of information leaks in the open press, as well as a number of hints and indirect assessments from scientists, political and military leaders. It is concluded that in Soviet historical science, despite censorship and strict ideological control, the losses of the Soviet Armed Forces since the 1960s were assessed more realistically than in the work currently claiming to be official, "The secrecy stamp has been removed" (1993) and her subsequent reprints.
Key words: Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, human losses, captivity, historiography, censorship.

Methods, mechanisms and forms of exposure on the public consciousness of the population in north Ossetia
The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of coverage of Ossetian issues in the media. The study found that, in the course of influencing the consciousness of the masses during the war, the propaganda bodies paid special attention to mass types of work and interaction with citizens. In particular, work was carried out in the form of meetings, meetings, lectures, conversations, windows were installed on the streets and radio was used.
Attention is focused on the fact that bodies conducting political propaganda said that rallies and meetings aimed at educating citizens play a huge role. Another important type of campaigning activities carried out in wartime by the propaganda services in the course of creating the public consciousness of people inhabiting North Ossetia is presented by lectures and reports.
Archival documents claim that universal radio listening has also become widespread because it has helped to some extent reduce the negative impact of messages from the front. People could discuss news, exchange experiences and points of view, which is most important at the very beginning of the war. This all contributed to the formation of a sense of unity and readiness to help.
Key words: North Ossetia, mass media, mass media, society, USSR, technologies, public consciousness, agitation, propaganda.
