On the issue of digital transformation of education
There are noticeable trends in the development of society already at the beginning of the second decade of the XX century. These trends can also be traced in the field of education in different countries of the world. This article is devoted to the issue of digital transformation of education in the Russian Federation. It examines such phenomena as the digital educational environment, the modern digital educational environment, their positive and negative sides, as well as the development and general state of affairs concerning this issue.

Prospects for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the territory of the new constituent entities of the Russian Federation
The article is devoted to topical issues of small business development in the territory of the new subjects of the Russian Federation: Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Based on the available statistical information, an assessment of the small and medium-sized business sector in these regions is given, as well as a description of the existing support measures for it. The analysis of the prospects for further growth of small businesses in new territories, based on historical data on the development of entrepreneurship, is carried out in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, previously included in the Russian Federation.

Impact and consequences of workload and work stress on job satisfaction
The article examines some issues of the impact and consequences of work stress and workload on job satisfaction, discusses ways to combat and eliminate these problems. To achieve this goal, various scientific works of A.B. Leonova, K.T. McCallister, K.L. Dolbier, J.A. Webster and other researchers were analyzed. Based on a survey conducted among students of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the following conclusions were drawn: work stress is a serious disease that needs to be taken into consideration by management; agreed on an extra workload to meet the expectations of management is not always justified and effective as this can lead to rapid burnout of employees. Moreover, some affordable ideas were made: in order to avoid poor quality of work, reduced performance and organizational commitment some prudent measures should be developed to increase the level of satisfaction among staff; employees should be prepared for a state of stress and know how to overcome it.

The economy of the Russian Federation: challenges and realities
This article examines the problems of instability of the Russian economy, in particular such aspects as sanctions and their impact on the economy. The implementation of foreign economic policy is currently taking place in conditions of increasing risks that are embedded in the national economy of the country, exacerbating internal development problems. Despite this, Russia is able to compete with other European developed countries.

Islamic banking: role and place in the global economy. Development potential in Russia
Today, the global economy is undergoing serious transformations including a general downturn, sanctions, changing financial and logistical chains, and a redistribution of power among major players. The Russian economy is adapting to these global changes. One example of this adaptation is the implementation of Islamic finance mechanisms into the national banking system. However, Islamic banking is becoming relevant not only in Russia, but also worldwide.
According to research, the development of Islamic banking in the world is continuing and its further expansion is expected in the coming years. Russia where Islamic banking is beginning to develop and its potential is not yet fully realized can play an important role in this process. Thus, Islamic banking can become one of the tools to increase the competitiveness of Russia's financial system in the conditions of globalization and integration into the world economy.

Transformation of the role of internal audit in companies carrying out foreign economic activities under sanctions
The subject of this work is a business management tool - "internal audit". The purpose of the work is to form new functions of the internal audit department, which will better meet the current realities. To achieve this goal, the paper provides information on the risks that accompany the conduct of foreign economic activity. Based on the analyzed risks, it was concluded that the purpose of the foreign economic activity audit is to express an opinion on the compliance of export-import transactions with the norms of the current legislation. The authors in this paper pay special attention to the need to transform the role of the internal auditor, therefore, the article gives the main recommendations on the new functions of auditors that will allow the company to maintain its position in the market within the current instability. Answering the main question of the research topic, the authors note that the internal audit service is a tool for the economic development and security of the company in the framework of foreign economic activity, and in the context of the current instability, more responsibility is assigned to the role of internal audit than before. The article will be of interest to companies whose activities are directly related to foreign economic activity, and whose financial condition requires active actions and decisions.

Entrepreneurial intentions of student youth: regional component
The article is devoted to the development of entrepreneurial activity of the population. The study was conducted on the example of students, attention is paid to the motives and factors of the development of entrepreneurial intentions. The study highlights the features of assessing factors by students interested in entrepreneurship and unwilling to start their own business. The empirical basis of the article is the author's research by means of a questionnaire survey of students of the Engels Institute of Technology (branch) Saratov State Technical University in September-November 2022 (N=215).
