Development of management systems in power grid companies
The article is devoted to the study of transformation processes in the management system in electric grid companies in the Russian electric power industry against the backdrop of large-scale digitalization. At the present stage of economic and technical development of society, the development of a management system and optimization of business process management is a central element that has a significant impact on the economic activity of enterprises in all industries, including in the electric power industry. The author focuses on the changes that occurred after the 2008 reform, which led to the transition from a traditional management model to a business-oriented one, in order to improve the quality of customer service and expand technical capabilities. The main focus is on digital transformation and optimization of technological processes, including the improvement of operational and technological management systems. The article discusses strategic programs for the development of the information society and digital transformation, as well as their impact on increasing the efficiency and reliability of power supply. The author uses empirical, systemic and comparative analysis to study the current state and prospects for the development of electric grid companies, taking into account the importance of integrating digital technologies into management and operation processes. The study's findings highlight the significant growth in electricity generation and the increasing share of renewable energy sources, and also examines the industry's systemic challenges and the importance of regulatory policies. In conclusion, the author concluded that digital transformation in the management system of electric grid companies opens up new prospects for the development of the industry, creates the basis for the transition to smart energy, in which each market participant receives its own benefits from the introduction of new technologies. The purpose of the study is to consider the directions of development of the management system in electric grid companies.
Keywords: electric grid companies, management system, electric power industry, digital transformation, optimization of technological processes.

The possibilities of implementing BIM technologies for modeling renovation projects and construction in progress
BIM processes have been successfully applied to new buildings, but BIM calculations are ineffective in most construction-in-progress (CIP) projects. This paper analyses BIM in construction and renovation processes, indicating that rapid transformations and recent developments are driving research in various BIM-related fields. However, they also bring increased complexity to these fields. Current trends and shortcomings in the use of BIM technologies in the modelling and calculation of unfinished construction projects are discussed, which includes the specific needs and potential of BIM technologies.
Keywords: modelling, projects (IPD), construction in progress, risk reduction, information model, renovation, data exchange, photogrammetry, current trends, detailing (LoD), automation.

Tariff regulation of electric grid companies: basic methods, advantages and disadvantages of approaches
The article examines the tariff setting policy of the electricity industry, in particular, the process of setting tariffs for electricity transmission services. Problems of imperfect legislation and existing approaches (methods) to tariff formation are identified and discussed. The main advantages and disadvantages of the applied methods are determined. A new tariff setting method has been proposed, which will contribute to the development of tariff policy in the country, provide conditions for the development of the electrical grid infrastructure and increased energy security - the standard method. The reference regulation method implies the formation of costs for the maintenance and servicing of equipment in such a way that not only there is no shortage of funds, but also a surplus is formed for the development of the network. The reference principle will help resolve issues of clarity and transparency of tariff setting in the electricity industry and will also eliminate the subjective view when setting tariffs.
Keywords: tariff setting, power grid infrastructure, reference method, electricity transmission services.

Organization of production systems and mechanisms for increasing its efficiency
Modern companies, following market trends, have to solve a set of problems in the field of adapting their production systems to changing demand, choosing the optimal capacity structure in accordance with the profile of their products, ensuring product competitiveness, etc. A feature of modern production is the increase in the number of individual orders from customers, which implies the possibility of quickly restructuring production lines and debugging work processes to meet the specific needs of the customer. Key production processes are also characterized by a reorientation of technological methods, for example, in mechanical engineering, traditional metalworking is being replaced by the use of additive technologies, and casting is being replaced by pressing technologies. Thus, the use of advanced technologies aimed at increasing the efficiency of organizing production systems makes it possible to ensure competitive advantages and stable functioning of enterprises in the market. The object of the study is the mechanisms and methods of organizing production systems. The purpose of the study is to analyze existing and promising approaches to organizing production systems. Research methods: analysis of literary sources and scientific publications, synthesis method, deductive method. Scientific novelty: the study summarizes new techniques for adapting the classical principles of production management to the conditions of the digital economy and changing market requirements. The results of the study can serve as a methodological basis for developing recommendations for optimizing production processes in order to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Keywords: economic development, organization of production systems, mechanism for increasing efficiency, adaptation of classical principles of production management, conditions of the digital economy, optimization of production processes, productivity growth, cost reduction.

Information signals and bias in investment decisions: system analysis, comparison of forecasts and results in the venture investment
Venture capital investments is a term that is still controversial among Russian economists. This phrase replaced the aleatory transactions known to us under Roman law. People tend to take risks, the reason for this lies not only in the desire to earn money, many lack vivid emotions, a surge of adrenaline, the risk of rapid loss or acquisition is associated with access to information, the result depends on how accurate it will be. Mikhail Lermontov will write “Go away the damned spirit of doubt" at the time. He knew a lot about venture capital investments, sending his grandmother a letter from the Caucasus: “we urgently need 500 rubles here they offer a horse that can be sold much more expensive.” A critical approach to information, the ability to read between the lines allows you to be a successful entrepreneur. However, the accuracy of economics sometimes makes one wonder. How do you get such cool metrics? We are counting incorrectly.

Protection and treatment of wood with fire-bio-protective compositions
Fire retardant compositions play an important role in protecting wood from fire, preventing them from the negative effects of fire. In the article three variants of fire retardant compositions were considered - "Neomid", "Pirilax" and "Olymp", which provide high efficiency in reducing combustibility and fire hazard. Various methods and tests are used to assess the flammability of wood, including laboratory tests, thermal analysis and fire tests. This made it possible to carry out a comparative analysis and identify the most effective flame retardants among the studied formulations.

Development of a system of state regulation and control in the electricity sector
The article discusses the development of the system of state regulation and control in the electric power industry of the Russian Federation. The process of developing a system of state regulation and control in the electric power industry is a hot topic today in the context of increased attention to aspects of legislative support, methodology of control activities and technological progress that helps improve the efficiency of the electric power industry in the Russian Federation. Based on an analysis of regulatory documents and the works of domestic scientists, the author identifies key areas of state policy: modernizing infrastructure, increasing the efficiency of resource use, stimulating renewable energy sources and integrating digital technologies. Challenges facing the system, such as the integration of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and cybersecurity, are examined, and the importance of adapting legislation and technology to modern conditions is emphasized. In conclusion, the need for continuous development of the regulatory system to ensure the sustainable functioning of the energy industry and the country’s economy as a whole is summarized. The purpose of the study is to examine the system of state regulation and control in the electric power industry and determine directions for further development.

Cluster approach to the development of preferential territories as a tool for increasing the investment attractiveness of the region
In this work, author of the scientific article examines special economic zones as a factor that has a significant impact on the investment attractiveness of the region. Preferential territories (like SEZ) make it possible to quickly implement investment projects, and therefore require a special, integrated approach to infrastructure development.
The author highlights the concept of a cluster approach, which allows you to highlight and effectively use different territorial features and advantages of the region. The cluster approach refers to the creation of a site where a particular industry is developed, with the availability of associated infrastructure and raw materials. In such conditions, regions stop competing with each other, but rather, on the contrary, increase interregional trade turnover, which allows for the parallel development of logistics corridors in several nearby regions of the Russian Federation.
