Current trends in the regulation of legal relations in the field of tourism
The development of the tourism sector is one of the most striking indicators of the state of the national and world economy. The increasing in-country and global flow of tourists indicates real social changes and deeper cultural transformations in society. However, with the expansion of the number of tourists, legal violations in this area inevitably increase. Therefore, it is necessary to create strong legal guarantees for safe tourism.

Pension reform in the Russian Federation: prerequisites, features, prospects
The article is devoted to the current, ongoing today, pension reform. The article analyzes the current state of the pension system in our country, reveals the problems of organizing pension coverage of the population of the Russian Federation, which have led to this reform. The author has reviewed the provisions of the new pension reform in Russia, in particular, reveals the features of its implementation, as well as identifies scenarios for the implementation of pension reform.

Personnel policy of the federal executive body (on materials of the federal treasury)
In any managed system, periodically it is necessary to carry out work to improve the principles of organization, structure, change the powers of the elements of this system. The purpose of such events is to increase the functionality of the managed system, its optimization. Today, it is incontestable the assertion that any measures to optimize and bring the system in line with external factors can improve the efficiency of any controlled system. The system of state executive bodies is no exception. Great importance is attached to the regular assessment of the state of public administration facilities, analysis, identification of problems through which solutions and implementation can be determined.
The most important activity of optimization in any government body is personnel work. This statement is applicable to all, without exception, public authorities and local governments: confirmation of the importance and need for a competently structured work to find and develop their human resources can be found at the doctrinal and regulatory levels.
This article is devoted to the study of the organization of personnel policy in the bodies of state financial control of the Russian Federation. Based on a study of the activities of the Federal Treasury, the procedure for organizing staffing was determined, the specifics of entering the civil service were identified, and key personnel selection problems were identified. Based on the analysis, some measures were proposed for a theoretical and practical solution to the problems existing in this field of public administration.
