The personnel policy of museums in modern conditions
The article is devoted to the issues of staffing and the formation of an effective management system in museum institutions. In the course of the research, it was revealed that the matrix management structure is more suitable for cultural organizations (in particular museums). In the organizations under consideration, there is a "personnel shortage" and high staff turnover. An administrative approach to personnel management is still being practiced, a strict hierarchy is in effect, methods for evaluating employee performance are ineffective and negatively affect their motivation. The article highlights the need to implement a control system based on the evaluation of each employee's work "by result", as well as the introduction of the capabilities of social media and digital communications into the sphere of communication.

Formation of promising directions for the development of peasant (farm) economies in the Republic of Tatarstan
The effective development of the agricultural sector of the economy, as practice has shown, largely depends on the development of entrepreneurship, in particular peasant (farm) farms. Their functioning ensures that markets are filled with domestic products, which is important - competitive, as well as the creation of jobs for the population. Another important factor in the need for the functioning of peasant (farm) households is the development of rural areas, which plays a significant role in modern state policy. These conditions explain the relevance of the topic discussed in the article - the most promising areas for the development of peasant (farm) farms, which we consider using the example of the Republic of Tatarstan. This topic is becoming most relevant in light of the events of recent years that have affected the development of all sectors of the economy: pandemic conditions, sanctions from states that previously actively cooperated with the Russian Federation and others. The object of the research described in this article is the functioning of peasant (farm) farms in the Republic of Tatarstan. The purpose of the study was to assess and analyze the directions of development of peasant farms and develop recommendations for the development of the most promising areas. Research methods include analysis and synthesis, monitoring methods, individual research methods, classification and comparison methods. Scientific novelty lies in the development of means for solving the problem of ensuring the effective functioning of peasant (farm) farms, as a means of ensuring a solution to the state’s food problem, and in substantiating state policy for the support and development of rural areas and farms.
