The dichotomy of culture: the conflict between the values of ecology and economics
The author reflects on the nature of the contradictions that manifest themselves in the sphere of culture and have the character of a complete opposition of images and meanings, which at first absorbed elements of social stratification, later rose to the level of philosophical discourse about the discrepancies between the natural science and humanitarian pictures of the world, and then came to an integral level in the form of dichotomies of informational and ecological cultures. The article analyzes in detail the features of each of the poles of ecological culture, and also highlights the measures necessary to ensure that the positive aspects of the pole that is associated with social ecology are transferred from a purely theoretical area to a practical one related to the training of specialists in future environmental professions.

Digitalization as a tool to increase the efficiency of the subjects of the sphere of social and labor relations (on the example of FGIS "work of Russia")
The article notes that the development of modern methods of obtaining and analyzing information about the labor market using "big data" technologies will allow employment services to make timely management decisions on the organization of work in the labor market, to build a competent policy for its regulation. In this direction, over the past years, Rostrud has been constantly working. In particular, the portal "Work of Russia" is being developed, which combines vacancies from all over the country in one information system and provides direct access to this database for all categories of users.

The use of foreign language authentic material in the educational process
The current level of development of society requires a high quality of teaching students a foreign language requires the search for effective methods of teaching the language. To the question of the evolution of garden and park zones as an element of the improvement of a provincial town during the period of the new economic policy (on the example of Kaluga)
The article attempts to analyze the processes associated with the improvement of a provincial town in 1921-1928, during the implementation of the New Economic Policy in the USSR. The direct subject of the study is the history of the emergence and development of garden and park areas, alleys, boulevards in Kaluga. The author concludes that during the period under study, Kaluga met the current minimum parameters for the area occupied by green spaces, but significantly lagged behind in terms of green space per inhabitant, which could have had a negative impact on the health of its inhabitants.

Regional aspects of the implementation of state initiatives to promote active longevity and physical activity of older citizens
The article examines the current gerontosocial policy, which is implemented through socio-economic projects and programs at various levels (federal, regional, municipal). It is noted that currently in Russia more and more attention is beginning to be paid to the problems of older people, the preservation and actualization of their potential. The article discusses the practice of implementing regional and municipal initiatives to stimulate active longevity of senior citizens on the example of the Krasnodar Territory and the city of Belgorod.

Youth entrepreneurship in foreign countries and regions of Russia
The article discusses some aspects of stimulating youth self-employment and entrepreneurship on an international scale and within the Russian Federation. It is noted that the high level of youth unemployment, as well as its economic and social consequences for global and local labor markets, determine the development of appropriate measures of economic and youth policy in the countries of the world. To this end, a wide range of state, regional, sectoral and private initiatives aimed at stimulating the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment of young people is being implemented.

In the article, the author considers the main stages in the implementation of China's economic interests in post-Soviet Central Asia. According to the author, these stages are: the recognition of statehood and the establishment of diplomatic relations; settlement of border issues; creation of mechanisms for the development of trade and economic relations; creation of transport infrastructure and implementation of investment projects in the context of China's promotion of the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative.

The importance of digital business transformation in the context of internationalization
The globalization of the world economy constantly requires serious changes from companies. As a result, global multinational companies are emerging that support their development by introducing the latest technologies and offering innovative business models. Against this background, the process of digital transformation (DT) becomes particularly important in business, which affects almost all business segments. The paper is devoted to the importance of using digital transformation to integrate technological tools, including into international business practice and strategy, as well as the obstacles that arise when introducing these new technologies. Numerous studies in recent years show that many managers are still not fully familiar with the concept of digital transformation and underestimate the importance of using digital technologies, especially in the process of business internationalization, when it is especially important for company management to understand how companies can use digital tools and what obstacles they should avoid. The paper considers the key concepts and directions of digital technologies and their impact on modern business.

Oliva in Crimea: a symbol of prosperity, peace, fertility and victory
The article is a historical, cultural and socio-economic excursion into the issues related to the culture of growing olive trees and producing olive oil. this practice began in the Mediterranean region, and now has covered almost the entire world. Works on olive growing have also begun on the territory of the Crimean peninsula. High standards in this area of the economy are prescribed by agreements concluded within the framework of the International Olive Council. With the development of this industry in the Crimea in Russia, not only the characteristics of this industry will change, but new grounds will appear for studying the influence of the olive on world culture.
