Approaches to the formation of multifactorial criteria for analyzing train safety risks in the context of sustainable development
The paper analyzes and evaluates key indicators of traffic safety in railway transport: the dynamics of traffic safety violations, causes and consequences. Practical examples show the use of Pareto methods, the "Heinrich Pyramid" and others to analyze the state of traffic safety. The influence of the identified factors on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals is determined. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the synergetic effect of train database indicators on the activities of railway transport and about possible directions for the development of methodological approaches to its assessment, taking into account the specifics of the transport industry.

The dynamics of the Kyrgyz population in the Russian Federation and the factors influencing its development in both sectors are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the problems of implementing CD in commercial organizations in Russia.

The nature of e-commerce as a retail tool
The article considers the issues of the content of e-commerce as a retail tool. The scientific problem addressed in this work is the lack of a unified approach to defining the essence of e-commerce and the mechanisms of its functioning. There is a significant variety of interpretations in the scientific literature: some researchers consider e-commerce exclusively in the context of online trading, while others include digital platforms, automated business processes and marketing strategies in its composition. The purpose of the scientific research is to develop an approach to defining the essence of e-commerce as a retail tool. Promising areas for future research: the problem of the regulatory framework, which in Russia does not yet fully correspond to the dynamically developing digital economy, remains particularly relevant. Insufficient adaptation of legislation creates obstacles to the development of e-commerce, reduces the level of consumer confidence and limits the capabilities of small and medium-sized businesses. In this regard, it is necessary to improve legal regulation taking into account international experience and the modern realities of the digital market.
Key words: e-commerce, consumer behavior, digital transformation of the market, retail, essence, legal regulation, digital market.

The relationship between the corporate brand and consumer loyalty
In modern conditions of transformation of the global economy, increased competition and the growing role of intangible assets, the problem of forming sustainable consumer preferences and increasing customer loyalty is of particular importance. The development of digital technologies, high consumer awareness, an increase in the variety of product offerings and a reduction in barriers to supplier change are leading to the fact that classical approaches to customer retention are losing their effectiveness. Consumers are becoming more demanding of the quality of not only the product, but also the brand itself as a social and emotional phenomenon. In this context, the corporate brand becomes not just a symbol of the company, but an important strategic management tool that influences the perception of the business by customers, investors, employees and society as a whole. It builds expectations, builds trust, ensures differentiation in the market, promotes strong relationships with consumers, and serves as the foundation for creating an emotional bond that underpins loyalty.
Key words: corporate brand, consumer loyalty, brand identity, emotional attachment, consumer satisfaction, consumer behavior, brand trust, brand image, company reputation, branding strategy.

Problems and solutions in the implementation of intelligent checkpoints
This article discusses intelligent checkpoints as a key element of the development strategy of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (FCS RF) until 2030. These checkpoints, which represent the integration of modern technologies and process automation, are designed to optimize the control of the movement of goods and vehicles, ensuring the security of the domestic market and increasing the efficiency of customs procedures.
Intelligent checkpoints will utilize advanced solutions in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data to analyze the flow of goods and identify potential risks. For example, automatic license plate recognition systems and biometric technologies will significantly reduce waiting times at the border and minimize the human factor in the control process. Special attention is given to the impact of digitalization and automation on customs transit processes, as well as the prospects for their further development.
Key words: intelligent checkpoints, FCS RF development strategy until 2030, customs procedures, transit, automation, modern technologies, machine learning, human factor, biometric data.

The problem of strategic development of the Russian aviation industry on the example of the MS-21 and Tu-214 production plans until 2030
This article presents a comparative analysis of two medium-range civil aircraft projects, the MC-21 and the Tu-214. Both of these projects are presented in the state program for the development of the aircraft industry until 2030. Despite the fact that both aircraft are medium-range, the MC-21 and Tu-214 aircraft have quite critical differences in their technical characteristics, but at the same time, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade presents production plans for both types of aircraft in its industry development plan. Given that the current implementation of the production program for both types of aircraft in long-term production schedule, serious questions arise about the future of these projects after the end of the current program. Since after its completion, several structural and operational types of civil aircraft will be operated in Russia at once, which, in conditions of uncertainty due SWO and current sanctions restrictions, becomes a significant problem.
Key words: MC-21, Tu-214, civil aviation, national program for the development of the civil aviation industry, import substitution problems.

Reducing the costs of a management company in the housing and communal services sector
Currently, there are many management organizations in the housing and communal services (HCS) market that carry out maintenance and repair work on the common property of apartment buildings (MCD), as well as management. The main customers of these works are the owners of the premises in the MCD, who for a long period pay a monthly fee, for which they have the right to demand high-quality services from the contractor, within the framework of the concluded management agreement of the MCD. But in these contractual relations, the problem of non-payers or otherwise so-called debtors arises, as a result of which the financial balance between the parties is disrupted. The problem of debtors for housing and communal services is not new, but there is a modern experience of working with accounts receivable and problems related to its formation.
The article will consider not only the problems of the management organization's work with debtors for utility bills, but also aspects of legislation that significantly affect payment discipline.
To reduce labor costs, as well as minimize the costs of the management organization, in the article, I will consider amendments to the current legislation. The application of these amendments will eliminate the purpose and use of tricks by debtors related to the accumulation of debt for housing and communal services. It will allow to promptly carry out pre-trial and judicial work on debt collection in respect of non-payers.
Key words: housing and communal services (housing and communal services), management organization, debtors, defaulters, legislative changes, amendments, bankruptcy, bankrupts, municipal housing, real estate.

Industrial clusters as a tool for implementing a strategy of sustainable development: reducing carbon dioxide emissions
Industrial clusters are an important tool for implementing sustainable development strategies as they help reduce carbon dioxide emissions by integrating innovative technologies, increasing energy efficiency and using renewable energy sources. The empirical base of the study included data on CO2 emissions and information on the activities of industrial enterprises in Russia. The research results are based on the analysis of financial indicators of enterprises and the analysis of open sources, which ensures the representativeness and reliability of the findings. Government support and the creation of a favorable regulatory framework for industrial clusters are key factors in achieving sustainable development goals and reducing the carbon footprint. Industrial clusters have significant potential to reduce carbon dioxide emissions due to synergies between enterprises, resource exchange and joint implementation of innovative technologies. Realizing this potential requires clear strategies, monitoring and evaluation of results, as well as the involvement of all stakeholders. The introduction of circular economy principles, the development of infrastructure for CO2 utilization, and the stimulation of environmentally responsible behavior of enterprises included in the cluster are key factors for success.
Key words: industrial cluster, sustainable development, cluster policy, decarbonization, «green» economy.
