The principles of the appropriate and rational construction of the model of interaction "employer - state - unemployed"
The world has created a theoretical base and accumulated the necessary experience of countering unemployment and social protection of the unemployed for use in any country, taking into account the specifics of its economy and the principles of social policy. It is shown that in Russia there is a system that is adequate to the prevailing conditions. The disadvantages of this system include: the lack of state unemployment insurance and low unemployment benefits.

Sevastopol radio plant history in 1967-1991
The article discusses the history of the emergence, development and closure of one of the largest city-forming enterprises of Sevastopol - radio plant "Monsoon". The role of the enterprise in the development of the city infrastructure is reflected. The analysis of the success of mechanization and automation measures, their impact on the growth of production volumes and labor productivity is carried out. The nomenclature of the plant’s products at the final stage of its development (1981-1991) is presented.

Competition in modern information economy
The article considers the institutional mechanism of the influence of information technologies on the competitive strategies of firms, identifies the main characteristics of firms in the information competitive environment, systematizes the basic principles of competitive behavior of the firm in the information economy, considers monopolistic models of behavior of institutional consumers in the information economy, considers the information costs of firms, price and non-price competition in conditions of informatization of the social and economic sphere.

About the actual for economic turnover civilistic problem of essence, types of «representation without authority» and location among these types of cases of «conclusion of the transaction by the unauthorized person»
The article is devoted to the coverage of the essence and types of the «representation without authority» often mentioned in the doctrine and, accordingly, the problem of location among these types of cases of conclusion of a transaction by an unauthorized person. The author presents the theoretical approaches to the understanding of the content of representation without authority, which confirms the lack of the same understanding of this category in civil law. According to the author, this gap in the theory of civil law is undesirable from the standpoint of legal regulation, law enforcement and economic turnover.

Self-organization of health and relaxation - reserves of recreation and personal effectiveness
The personal and professional success of any person is currently determined not only by the availability of the necessary knowledge and skills to work with people, but also the skills of developing personal effectiveness. Its most important components are self-organization, including self-organization of health and relaxation. There are various theories that help to realize a person’s need for a more productive use of his time associated with the analysis of biological rhythms. Also, in practical terms, there is a tendency for the development of a recreational culture in which there are both institutionalized components and components of self-organization of health and relaxation. Their successful combination is facilitated by the creation of special recreational spaces.

Crimean stones - guardians of the memory of the peninsula
The article discusses the history of the unique Crimean mineral minerals, which entered as an integral part in the history of Russian culture. In addition to the fact that the mineral contains a wealth of information about the bowels, which is relevant from the point of view of economics, it is part of a rich symbolic palette of both a collective perception of reality and an individual understanding of a person’s place in life.

Forgotten names of Russian travelers: Fedor Vasilyevich Karzhavin - “Russian Christopher Columbus”. On the occasion of the 275th birthday
The article is devoted to the study of the literary and social activities of Fyodor Vasilyevich Karzhavin, one of the active participants in the educational movement in Russia in the second half of the 18th-early 19th centuries. The valuable literary heritage of F.V. was collected and studied from archival sources and little-known print publications. Karzhavina, showing his career not only as an intellectual, a raider, but also as a traveler and a travelogue master.
