Italy and the Crimea: from common ancient roots to modern cooperation
There are not so many places on our planet where in the different periods of history there were at the same time tragic and major differences in the fate of peoples and cultures. It is such a complex relationship that exists in Italy and the Crimea, starting from the 13th century. It is historical experience that allows Italians differently than other Europeans to assess the sanctions policy of the European Union, introduced after the reunification of the Crimea with Russia.

Consideration of innovation and investment mechanism as a basic element of impact on the development of the economy of the Russian Federation
The concept of innovation and investment mechanism, which is defined as the main element of the impact on the process of developing, creating or introducing an innovative product through attracting investment resources for these purposes, is considered. The interrelation of investment and innovative processes is defined. Sources of investment resources for implementation of innovative process are allocated external (attracted, loan and state) and internal (own means, result from implementation of activity and incidental). Four spheres of interaction of the subject introducing investment and a potential source of investment resources are revealed. Process of realization of innovative and investment activity in interrelation of its purposes, factors of stimulation and shortcomings is considered. The structure and sources of financing of innovations in the Russian Federation are considered, the main problems of financing of innovations are defined. The directions of attraction of investments for development of specialized programs of development of innovations promoting increase of investment appeal of the sphere of innovations and increase in volumes of their financing from means of the state budget are offered.

Potential of a city in political research: selected numeral indicators
A set of indicators was investigated and methods for assessing the scientific potential of the city in political science, focused on the work of scientists concentrated primarily in the administrative borders of the city, were discussed. The basis is taken from the numerical characteristics of openly accessible scientific papers in the field of political science and interdisciplinary subjects. Quantitative assessment of the scientific potential can be used for planning research activities in the region.

Crimean contribution to the answer to the mystery of the pyramids
The pyramids, which have a wide variety of people of influence, associated with many mysteries. The pyramids are in different places of the world, including in Crimea. The fact that the Crimean pyramids are underground, does not preclude the use of image of pyramids in the analysis of a variety of socio-political processes that were found different configuration of power pyramid, pyramid of needs and knowledge.

Some results of the G-20 summit in Buenos Aires in December 2018
In December 2018, the G-20 summit was held in Buenos Aires, in which the world's largest 20 economies participate. A special place is occupied by bilateral negotiations between China and the United States on the issue of trade cooperation. The article summed up the summit, the course of negotiations, the main agenda. The summit of the Group of 20 leading states of the world and the EU as a collective member, which ended in Argentina, did not bring any significant public results for Russia. At the same time, he gave hope for streamlining the rules of conduct in the international arena.
