The use of machine learning methods to improve the accuracy of credit scoring in financial institutions

Reasons for the difficulties of partnership in international relations

This type of cooperation has most actively manifested itself in economic life, where it will help the participants of such interaction to solve problems that would be more difficult to cope with alone. Main risks and opportunities for Russian investors in the oil business of African countries
The relevance of this study is determined by the growing desire of Russia and the countries of the African continent to establish foreign policy interaction in a number of areas, including economic cooperation. Methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of a region
The article discusses methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of a region. A semantic analysis of the economic definition under study was conducted, on the basis of which the features of its assessment were identified. The main factors influencing the investment attractiveness of a region in the context of interrelated elements of investment risk and investment potential were determined. The methodological approaches to this multifaceted economic phenomenon that are most applicable to Russian regions were considered.
We will analyze the investment attractiveness in the constituent entities of the Southern Federal District, based on the materials of the Expert RA rating agency, on the basis of which it was revealed that despite the difficult economic situation (sanctions, geopolitical tensions, consequences of the pandemic), the district retained an average potential and moderate risk.
It is substantiated that a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods allows for a more accurate and objective assessment of the investment attractiveness of a region. At the same time, it is important to take into account the specifics of a particular region and the industry focus of investments.
