Changes of China's Foreign Policy in the 21st Century
After the 18th Congress of the Communist Party, China proposed a number of new diplomatic ideas, such as a path of peaceful development, to convey to the outside world that China would pursue development by peaceful means and promote peace and prosperity throughout the world. In adjoining areas, China has put forward a diplomatic concept: adhere to the principle of “building friendships and partnerships with neighbors,” striving to create a community with a common destiny. And this will become the guiding ideology for solving the problems facing China. This series of diplomatic ideas has brought a new dimension to global governance and international relations.
Key words: China, foreign policy, national interest.
