Corporate digitalization: the informational nature and reconstruction of asset valuation theory
The article explores the information essence of the digital transformation of enterprises and its impact on asset valuation within the framework of pricing theory. It is shown that digitalization is changing the mechanisms of generation, improving the quality and changing the transmission of information, contributing to the transition from risk compensation to a multidimensional cost assessment. Based on data from Chinese companies, a three-dimensional model (data quality, transparency of information, technological potential) is proposed, which forms the theoretical basis for asset valuation in the digital economy.
Key words: enterprise digitization, information nature, asset pricing theory, data assets, value reconstruction.

The quality of workers' working life: review of foreign literature
Work plays an important role in people's lives and can have a negative impact on their personal life if it is not a source of satisfaction. In recent years, we have been hearing more and more about the quality of an employee's working life (QWL), and the quality of life at work has become a key issue for both employers and employees. The introduction of the QWL approach seems important, even inevitable, for companies because of all that it can bring to the organization and because of all the transformations that it can allow. The main goal of this approach is to link the improvement of working conditions and the efficiency of the company in terms of results. This approach should align and meet the expectations of employees, while meeting the expectations of employers.

A study on optimizing the training model for foreign trade personnel in Chinese (Xinjiang) higher education institutions from the perspective of demand for personnel in the field of digital trade
Against the backdrop of “Digital China” development and digital cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, China (Xinjiang) urgently requires composite digital trade talents proficient in foreign languages and data tools while familiar with the Central Asian market, given its role as a digital trade hub for Central Asia and Russian-speaking regions. However, the current foreign language education model in higher education institutions for economic and trade disciplines lags significantly, resulting in a pronounced mismatch between talent supply and demand. This paper examines foreign language programs in economics and trade at Xinjiang universities, integrating findings from local digital trade enterprises' talent needs surveys. It analyzes the disconnect between existing training models and market demands, then constructs a digital trade-oriented talent cultivation system tailored to Xinjiang's regional characteristics. This framework addresses six dimensions: training objectives, curriculum design, teaching methodologies, practical platforms, faculty development, and evaluation mechanisms. The approach aims to align universities with regional development needs while providing reference points for the digital transformation of foreign language programs at frontier institutions.
Key words: Digital commerce, talent needs, Xinjiang universities, business and economic foreign languages, optimization of training models.

Distributed electronics manufacturing logistics: characteristics of reintegration and value chain development
In this article, the author analyzes the factors and conditions of the current configuration of the logistics system of production and distribution cooperation in the global semiconductor industry. The combination and dynamics of these factors have created a system of preconditions and bottlenecks, making the destabilization of the market supply system only a matter of time.
Based on the study's findings, the author defines the current system of production and distribution cooperation in the electronics industry as a complex, multi-tiered organization that has, over the past 25–30 years, incorporated features of both «globalization» and «specialization». The study shows that their logistical interconnectivity and the relationships and algorithms that have developed within it are extremely sensitive to changes in the operational order. While the COVID-19 pandemic, trade restrictions, and sanctions have stimulated the process of regionalization, any directive pressure, as exemplified by the United States and the new approaches announced by President Trump, could undermine the stability of this complex configuration.

Logistics autonomy of marketplaces in the last mile of E-commerce: an empirical aspect
This article examines the problematic aspects of the current development of e-commerce logistics in Russia amid growing pressure from marketplaces, which are not only expanding their presence in e-commerce but also increasing their market autonomy in online delivery logistics by aggressively developing their own networks of order pickup points and last-mile logistics services. This increases pressure on traditional logistics operators in a market where the bankruptcy of PickPoint and the sale of the unprofitable Boxberry to Yandex reflect a growing institutional imbalance in the last mile of e-commerce logistics. Analysis shows that large marketplaces are increasing their logistics autonomy, which increases the risks of independent e-commerce logistics services, reducing the overall cost effectiveness and profitability of logistics outsourcing services.
The redistribution of the online market and the unprofitability of individual platforms (Ozon, Yandex) may limit consolidation processes in last-mile logistics, which is becoming a bottleneck in the online import ecosystem. The authors believe this increases the risks of transport and logistics services in the context of the high penetration of omnichannel and D2C models in the domestic e-commerce market.
Key words: logistics, last mile, e-commerce, marketplace, delivery service, consolidation, logistics service, outsourcing.

Key features of innovative dynamics
The article examines the innovative dynamics, the author identifies the continuous, purposeful and coevolutionary process of transformation of the structure of the regional economic system, based on the generation, diffusion and effective development of technological, product, organizational and marketing innovations. This process leads to a change in technological dominants, an increase in aggregate factor productivity, a complication of economic relations and the formation of new, sustainable competitive advantages. This is not a static state, but rather a process characterized by the speed, intensity, vector, and scale of change. The key difference between innovation dynamics and the simple introduction of innovations is its systemic and cumulative effect: each subsequent innovation builds on the previous ones, changing and enriching the technological, institutional and cognitive environment of the region, which, in turn, creates prerequisites for the emergence of new innovations and generates positive feedback.
Key words: innovation dynamics, innovation processes, key characteristics, regional system, and economic structure.

The author analyzed indicators of technical equipment, the level of work mechanization, labor productivity, and the efficiency of using fixed assets for the period 2022-2025. The main results of the study showed uneven development of the organizational and technical potential of the analyzed companies, while a positive trend in the introduction of digital technologies and modern construction management methods was identified. The conclusions drawn by the author in the course of the study indicate the need for further modernization of the production base and improvement of personnel qualifications to ensure the competitiveness of construction enterprises in the region.

Quality management of veterinary services in the context of the development of the service sector economy
This article discusses the issues of quality management of veterinary services in the context of the development of the service sector economy. Veterinary services are considered as an object of quality management, for which an analysis of the specifics of veterinary services was carried out, key factors influencing the formation and perception of their quality were identified. Given the increased competition with the continued increase in the number of pets, as well as the changing attitude of owners towards their pets, it is the quality of service that is becoming a key factor in the sustainable development of the industry. At the same time, it is impossible to ensure stable quality without the introduction and application of a quality management system. The article substantiates the need to move from a situational approach to systematic quality management of veterinary services, for which an industrial model of quality management of veterinary services was proposed, including standardization of processes, improvement of the personnel training system, the introduction of clinic certification and accreditation of doctors, the development of self-regulation and feedback mechanisms.
Key words: quality of services, veterinary services, quality management, industrial model of quality management, standardization of veterinary services, accreditation of veterinarians, self-regulation, competitiveness.
