Digital content as the basis of modern economic relations
The article considers digital content, which is positioned as the basis of modern economic relations. The author notes that Digital content is a method of creating and distributing relevant and valuable information to attract, acquire and establish connections with a clearly defined and understandable target audience in order to profit from customers and create customer interaction with the brand and loyalty to it. The importance of creating and distributing relevant, interesting and valuable content with the possibility of user participation was also emphasized. It is aimed at a long-term beneficial relationship for both sides. By sharing relevant content, brands can create value with a high financial return from attracting, engaging, acquiring and retaining customers. Also taking into account the content created by consumers and the communications that consumers maintain with each other, the company can build trust and long-term relationships with the audience.
Today, digital content allows you to organize the training of future programmers, starting from school, so that students can decide in advance on their future profession and make a conscious choice of their path of development in the future.
To start developing a digital content strategy, it is necessary to change the mindset of users. Instead of sending advertising messages, organizations use an approach in which customers actively search for a brand because it provides them with relevant and attractive content that educates them. In this case, consumers are involved in the process and create positive relationships with the brand, which increases the likelihood of its development.
Digital content at the present stage is a necessary tool for building communications between companies and consumers. Thanks to this content, companies have the opportunity to increase their influence on the market, to influence sales, thereby increasing the level of their financial well-being, which also acts as a component of the economic future of the country.

Historical local history of Crimea: relevance and uniqueness of the University curriculum
The article analyzes the features of such a general educational discipline as local history. It is studied in middle and high school. Local history has many links to different areas of research: history, geography, ethnography, economics, cultural studies, etc. This turns local history into an integral field of knowledge, and its study becomes part of a common transdisciplinary process. With this wide problem coverage, local history is always concentrated on a specific space. Thanks to modern information technologies, it becomes completely optional to be personally present in the studied place. It can be explored by local history methods using a variety of sources and virtual immersions. Such educational technologies are especially valuable when studying the history of those places that represent the key points of space and the forks of history. Crimea is one of them. The discipline "Historical local history of the Crimea" can be studied in any higher educational institution in Russia, where future historians, culturologists, social workers, specialists in the field of tourism, etc. are being trained.

Conceptual model of conflict management in a modern company
Today, conflict and stress are the most vital topics in the practical and theoretical fields. The instability of the economic and political situation leads to an increase in unemployment and a drop in income, and widespread digitalization makes it necessary to restructure the economy. As a result, a qualitatively new characteristic appears in the sphere of labor relations - precarity, that is, a shift in emphasis from permanent labor relations towards unstable forms of employment. All these phenomena cause an increase in socio-psychological tension in professional activities. Of course, it is impossible to completely eradicate conflict and stress in the professional sphere. Conflictlessness is an illusion. The main task of a leader is to learn how to manage conflicts and stresses, and most importantly, to carry out preventive measures that include monitoring, diagnosing and directly preventing the development of a conflict in an organization.

Trade relations between Russian companies and African countries are poorly developed. But the strategic potential of relations between Russia and Africa is quite large and promising, since these countries are interested in this. The strategy of Russia's foreign economic development today is to build alternative trade routes and sales markets. Today, there are many changes taking place against the background of sanctions imposed by Western countries against our country, so there is a natural process of reducing trade relations with Western countries and the orientation of Russian enterprises to the east and African countries. Industrial, commercial and transport enterprises are looking for enterprises in countries loyal to our state and implementing an independent policy.
