Features of remote self-management
The article raises the problem of regulating remote work that has recently expanded due to the outbreak of corona-virus infection. The experience of different countries and different industries has revealed many advantages of remote work compared to the traditional form of work organization. However, the effectiveness of remote work depends not only on objective circumstances, but also on subjective ones, in which the employee is required to possess self-management skills.

Crimean caves: mysteries of antiquity and modern discoveries
The article analyzes the development of the image of a cave in the philosophical thought of the past, which makes it possible to understand why this natural object served as a source of ideas about the illusory nature of the world, about the nature of human delusions and the source of fantasies. It is concluded that all these meanings are perceived with particular contrast in places opposite to the darkness and dampness of the cave, filled with light and warmth. The Crimean peninsula, which has such characteristics, has a huge number of caves. The discoveries made by scientists in them provide the key to a more correct deciphering of the past. Also of interest to researchers are the names of caves - speleonyms, which are those parts of history that provide an opportunity to see it in full.
