On the threshold of new challenges of globalization
The author’s summary. The beginning of the new Millennium in their events were no less eventful than the last century. If at the end of the twentieth century it seemed that the new world order formed for centuries, at the present time, this illusion came to an end. Unipolar capitalist neoliberal model with the dominance of the United States have been subjected to calls that have not yet found final answers. The role of Russia as the “great raw power” was untenable and demanded their revision. The modern world order was unstable because the world’s new centers have been formed that are not willing to put up with the world. On the geopolitical map of the world Russia is faced with new challenges, both external and internal, to which it must either find a decent answer, or to disappear from the world stage. This situation is exacerbated by the unprecedented pressure of the Western world headed by U.S. domestic and foreign policy of Russia. The world faces a new choice of the future model of development of the global system or can be retracted into a third world war, which might terminate the existence of human civilization.

The complex of measures of the state support of the real sector of the city economy in the conditions of integration in the economic space is considered. Priority directions of budgetary financing and investment of programs of social and economic development, taking into account the strategic tasks and interests of citizens are singled out.

Inter-confessional relations in the face of global threats
The author’s vision of inter-confessional relations in modern Russia is being formed in the article. Positive transformations in the life of Russian society should be reflected in effective, effective interactions of Christian confessions and other traditional and new religions of Russia. The creation of interreligious and interconfessional cooperation requires a different view of the established patterns of mutual communication of confessions. A comparison of the ceaseless intensification of cooperative ties between the countries of an increasingly globalized world calls for the cooperation of confessions, for the upholding of traditional moral values and for finding solutions to threats to the modern society.

Legal adjusting of activity of organs of local self-government in composition city of federal value Sevastopol
In the article organization of local self-government is analysed in Russian Federation, going of legislator is examined near territorial organization of local self-government. Importance of arrangement of competense of organs of local self-government is marked. The features of organization of local self-government are investigated on intercity territories of cities of federal value (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sevastopol). The special attention is spared to the analysis of local self-government on intercity territories of Sevastopol. Formulated suggestion on perfection of current legislation.

Legal regulation of financial services in the sphere of non-state pension insurance as an internal source of investment of the Russian national economy
This article presents the results of a study of the specifics of the legal regulation of non-state pension insurance as a financial service. An analysis of the provisions of the EU Regulations and the EU Directives regulating the organization and implementation of pension schemes has made it possible to identify the basic requirements for specialized participants in the pension insurance market. In its turn, a comparative legal analysis of Austrian legislation, as the state with the most developed insurance system, and the legislation of the Russian Federation, made it possible to establish the peculiarities of the legal regulation of investing money in voluntary pension insurance programs that ensure the independent accumulation of financial reserves to achieve the retirement age.
The conducted research allowed to formulate the conclusions aimed at the development of Russian legislation regulating the formation of voluntary pension savings and the use of domestic financial sources of financing.

Economy of reenactment
The tourism economy can be considered one of the most dynamically developing areas of the national economy. Lately, event tourism has become more attractive, to which the organization of historical reconstructions belongs. Despite the fact that in our country, their launch started as early as the beginning of the 20th century, they did not become part of a full-fledged national tourism program. In its creation it is necessary to use the experience available in the Crimea to organize the International Knight Festival “Genoese Helmet”.
