Tourist and recreational complex of South Russia: Republic of Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory
There is a reallocation of tourist flows associated with the changes in geo-economical and geopolitical situation. Right from the beginning economic sanctions of western countries deter the desire of Russian tourists to take holidays abroad. Attraction to the Russian resorts is artificially enhanced by the growth of the foreign currencies’ rate against the Russian ruble, which reduced significantly the purchasing power of the Russian citizens in relation to the proposed foreign travel products. The accession of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation transformed the market of tourist services of the Krasnodar region. The expected outflow of tourists did not happen due to problems of transport infrastructure (the absence of a bridge across the Kerch Strait and the low through-flow rate of the ferry line). At the moment the situation is redoubled by the unstable situation in the Crimea on the border territory with Ukraine and energy blockade of Crimea.
Keywords: tourism, tourist-recreational complex, Krasnodar region, Republic of Crimea.

On the Question of the Role of the Russian Language in the Modern World
In the article, it is stated that Russia’s leading role in the world arena will be followed by a significant increase in importance of the Russian language under the conditions of the new power configuration and the multipolarity of the world. The author has conducted some constructive culture thinking on the role of the Russian language under the modern conditions, which open new directions of studying, spreading of the language in the multinational society of Russia, and abroad. The author gives practical examples that the amplification of the cultural space of the Russian language defines the formation of supranational unity. He offers a horizontal and a vertical plane of language building and some concrete measures on maintenance and development of the Russian language as a language of international communication.
Keywords: the role of the Russian language under the modern conditions; the Russian language and the supranational unity, “language” building, Russia is a multinational model of development.
