Systematic analysis of the effectiveness of measures for the organization and safety of road traffic
The article deals with the issues of increasing the level of road safety, which, in the context of an increase in road transport infrastructure and the number of road users, are a priority task of national importance. Ensuring road safety is an important task for the activities of the Federal Road Agency, whose specialists analyze in detail the causes of each incident on the highways, the conditions for organizing safe traffic, determine measures to eliminate dangerous areas and implement a system of measures to prevent the occurrence of emergencies. The author considers the main provisions of the Russian legislation in the field of road safety. An analysis of the activities of the Federal Road Agency for the period 2019-2021 was carried out. The relevance of the study of the organization of safe road traffic is due to the growing need to take into account a number of factors when developing a systematic approach to the organization of safe road traffic. The formation of a set of effective measures and targeted actions in the field of road safety can be achieved using a systematic approach to the organization of safe road traffic and the creation of a transport ecosystem. The use of an integrated approach instead of disparate single operations capable of solving the tasks set for the state to reduce the level of accidents on the roads of our country. Considering the main trends and development prospects for reducing accidents on the roads, it should be noted that in the near future experts predict a transition from traffic management to traffic management, that is, there will be a transition to unmanned transport control, which will allow organizing road safety and reducing accidents.

The coordinates of the fork in history - 1475: Crimea
The article presents a look at the events of the 15th century associated with the capture of the Genoese colonies located in the south of the Crimean Peninsula by the Ottoman Empire, from the point of view of applying synergetics to the history. 1475 in this perspective acts as a bifurcation point, after which it becomes impossible for the interaction of East and West according to the model of mutual benefit, implemented during the existence of the Great Silk Road. These two meta-civilizations are moving to a policy of external expansion, in which clashes of their interests and new points of bifurcation are inevitable.
Keywords: history, geopolitics, metacivilization, Crimea, synergy, conflict, trade.

Evolution of the political regime in Russia
Political regimes embody State policy by pursuing a certain political course. At the same time, the state itself influences the basic properties of the political regime, determining its essence, general principles and its own characteristics. It depends on the state whether the regime will be democratic, totalitarian or authoritarian, reflecting the nature and ways of relations between the state, society and the individual. Studying the history of the formation and development of political regimes, we can say that a political regime is a changing phenomenon rather than a political system. The political regime of modern Russia is distinguished by its historical originality associated with various factors.
Keywords: political regime, society, democracy, authoritarianism, political elite, political system, power.

Intensity of construction production as a factor of economic efficiency of the contractor's activity
The article considers the specifics of the mechanism of the influence of the intensity of construction production on the economic efficiency of a contracting enterprise, which is expressed in the fact that, unlike the standard model of changes in profit and profitability of an enterprise with an increase in production volumes for a construction organization, an in-crease in intensity with a certain amount of work does not lead to an in-crease in variable direct costs (the cost of labor, operation of construction machines, mechanisms, building materials remains unchanged), but leads to an increase in indirect costs (provision of temporary administrative buildings, relocation of construction machinery, etc.), which leads to a reduction in the profit and profitability of the contractor. The research is aimed at identifying the optimal ratio of the parameters of construction production (intensity, timing and cost), ensuring the maximization of profit and profitability of the contractor.
Keywords: economic model of the enterprise, modeling of the activity of the enterprise, intensity of construction, economic efficiency of the contractor construction organization, the impact of intensity on profitability.

Evolution of workwear - a reflection of the effectiveness of management
The article proves that one of the external, visual characteristics of the effectiveness of management is the work clothes of the staff. It is shown how the history of the industry was reflected in the change in approaches to the design and use in the production of workwear. The author reveals the process of transition from a narrow utilitarian understanding of overalls as an exclusively means of ensuring labor safety, to its understanding as an important element in the development of corporate culture and a sign of professional differentiation. The dependence of production efficiency on the quality of the worker's uniform is shown. The importance in our time of taking into account environmental components in the design of work clothes is noted.
