Management of state property in public corporations: goals, objectives, priorities
The competitiveness of the national economic system is determined not only by the totality of the necessary business ties, but also by the presence of large economic entities capable of solving global tasks. In this regard, public corporations are becoming not only the largest sources of state budget replenishment, but also institutional structures whose activities are aimed at coordinating investment policy. Conceptual framework for the use of performance management procedures in government activities
The article discusses the performance management system as one of the new models of public administration, describes the global experience of implementing this system in practice. Particular attention is paid to the prerequisites for the transition to a performance management system in the government bodies of the Russian Federation. The implementation of the concept of results-based management in the framework of administrative reform in Russia was also noted.

In vino veritas: the wine component of the history of Crimea
Wine-making is one of the most ancient human trades. Civilization itself arose in those places where the vine grew. One of such prosperous places was the Crimean peninsula. After the annexation of the Crimea to Russia, a new page of the Crimean winemaking was opened. Interest in its development was shown not only by enthusiasts but also by the authorities of the Russian Empire. Enforcement technologies for civil servants in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
The civil service completes the organization of the state mechanism, making it ready and suitable for the practical implementation of the tasks and functions of the state. The service brings life to each link of the state mechanism, organizes a complex of measures, means, forms and methods for real, practical activity. The civil service organization in Vietnam plays an important role in achieving the goals stipulated by the Constitution. It bears a high responsibility for the preservation of democratic stability and the observance of the principles of the rule of law, for ensuring the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Vietnam. The state should successfully fulfill the function of serving the people and creating the basis for the development of the country. Moreover, improving the quality and efficiency of the administrative system and the civil service plays a key role. Much attention is paid to the reorganization of the activities of the state administrative apparatus, the official regime and the civil service in order to create a professional, responsible, dynamic, transparent and efficient public service in Vietnam. Technologies to ensure the passage of civil servants in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam include a set of methods of civil service and are reflected in official regulations. The provisions of the official regulations are also taken into account when conducting a competition, certification, qualification examination and planning professional service activities of a civil servant. These technologies set criteria for employee performance.
