Employment and unemployment in the city of Sevastopol in the transformation period after the changes in the legislation
The basic indicators of the labor market of Sevastopol were studied according to the methodology of the International Labor Organization in the transformation mode of the socio-economic system and based on the practice of the Employment Center. New trends have been discovered, caused by changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation, including transformations of the retirement age and the size of unemployment benefits. Recommendations are made in terms of improving state regulation of employment.

The economy of the Russian Crimea: the path to the Mediterranean region in the late XVIII – early XIX centuries
The paper discusses features of development of trade-economic situation in Crimea in the period of the late XVIII - XIX centuries, as conditions of development of infrastructure for international trade in the Mediterranean region. The geographical halo of foreign trade carried out in the southern direction through the Black and Azov sea is revealed. The article analyzes the trade and strategic opportunities of Russia in the use of Crimea for international trade with the countries of the Mediterranean region.

The political relationship and legal content of the working time
The article deals with the political elements of the content of working time. For this purpose, a comparative characteristic of approaches to the study of working time is carried out: political, legal, economic. At the same time, attention is focused on the political content of working time. The modern socio-political approach to the study of working time is closely related to the legal and economic and is based on the idea of protecting the rights of the worker. Taking into account the fundamental importance of human rights protection, the general conceptual approach consists in the fact that for the political and legal system of the state human rights with its vital needs are the goal, and labor and its main component - working time - act as a means of ensuring these rights. Therefore, the socio-political aspect of working time is considered from the point of view of ensuring the rights of workers using the political and legal mechanism.

Reforming of the budgetary process: main tendencies and problems
In the present article top trends in the field of reforming of the budgetary sphere are considered. The main models of the budgetary transformations are allocated, extent of transition of the Russian region – Sevastopol – on the "program" budget within the BOR system is analyses. The main, in the author's opinion, problems in the sphere of the budgetary process are designated.

Features of the formation of a social state in the post-soviet states
The article reveals the essence of the constitutional principle of the social state and the features of its consolidation in the constitutions of the post-soviet states. Attention is drawn to the need for a constitutional definition of the principles of economic activity of the state as the basis of a social state, on the need for a more thorough and thoughtful attitude to the achievements of the science of constitutional law in the sphere of the social state and the implementation of its provisions in the new constitutions of states with economies in transition.

The lean production concept and tools of it’s implementation at “agrofirm “Zolotaya balka”
The article describes the basics of the philosophy of lean production (LP): values, principles and tools to implement the concept in the enterprise. The introduction of lean production is always based on the use of systems SMED, TPM, 5S, etc. Thus, LP is a whole range of works, through which the efficiency of the enterprise increases, production losses are reduced, work processes are simplified and as a result the final product has high quality and consumer demand.
In “Agrofirm “ZolotayaBalka” the process of introducing the concept of LP at the industrial complex. This article allows you to identify the practical positive results of the concept and consider the tools by which they are achieved.
