The article attempts to analyze the meanings and ideas of civil education in the modern architecture of the emerging education, taking into account the ongoing social and political transformations. There is a possibility of a certain reconstruction of the best achievements of Soviet pedagogics, which can be successfully used in practice at school.

The article presents a sociological model of attributive-management organization of social development. Its knowledge forms the basis of the original method of social control attribution. Putting this method into the practice of public administration enhances its social efficiency.

Blood relationships stand out among many other social contacts. Throughout human history, they have proved to be the most stable and least conflict. Therefore, we developed many forms of establishing relationship between strangers. These forms are consistently developing as fraternity, brotherhood, from individual turning into collective forms. This gives reason to use them as a tool to reduce conflicts.

This article discusses one of the main forms of interaction between government and business. That is a public-private partnership, an institutional and organizational alliance of the government and the private sector in a wide range of sectors as an effective means of implementing innovative and investment policies, strengthening economy, large-scale implementation of social projects, conducive to social guarantees for citizens and political stability in the society.

Maritime history of the Cossacks is an integral part of the state and ethnic Cossack history, a part which is important enough. Unfortunately, this perspective, unlike the steppe border issues and frontier practices of Cossack, is not quite reflected in the scientific literature. This article is an attempt to correct this unfortunate omission, to look at the history of the Cossacks in a more integral and full way.

In this article the author concentrates on the research of opportunities of a possible usage of methodology of the conflict theory at the expense of the usage of philosophical scientific knowledge. The possibility for the conflict theory to transit from noema to noetika is given through the idea of ontological bases of the conflict.

Political socialization of young people studying in higher education institutions, is not only to do one’s best in the educational process, but also in the social work, in various forms of attracting the students to the production. Russia has revived student construction teams which existed in the Soviet Union, and almost all the students took part in their activity. Now in this movement the principle of voluntariness is the main, but the popularity of working in the units is growing. There, students do not only get job skills. The construction brigades are also an important stage of political socialization.

The article is devoted to the problems of formation and development of the concept of symbolic capital as one of the oldest forms of capital. It reveals the problems of functioning of symbolic capital in the reproduction process of socio-cultural sphere. The article examines the cost and value characteristics of this particular form of capital.

This article describes some traditions of lapidary art of Ashkenazi Jews and Crimean Karaites-autochthonous peoples. With the help of a comparative analysis of decorative sculpture of carved tombstones there have been found similar motifs in morphology and semantics of stable images and symbols, as well as regional peculiarities traced in the lapidary art of the Karaites of Galicia and the Crimea.

The main purpose of this article is to show the potential of some of the features of cultural and ethical norms (adats) of the Chechens as behavioral components with the relevant theoretical and practical aspects.

This study was written based on panel surveys conducted in urban and rural areas of North Ossetia. 1973, 1983, 1993, 2013.: in the country, in 1974, 1984, 1994, 2014.: in town. At all stages of the research, a panel sample consisted of 600 respondents, 300 of them being from the countryside, 300 from urban areas. As a basis for the formation of the rural sample, the author used household books of village councils and for the urban arrays voters were used.

This article is written on the materials of panel ethno-sociological studies in rural areas (1973, 1983, 1993, 2013) and the city (1974, 1984, 1994, 2014) settlements. The sample size is proportional: 250 people in rural and urban areas. The study was conducted in the North Ossetian Institute of Humanitarian and Social Research named after V.I. Abaev, Institute of Socio-Political Research and the North Ossetia State University named after K.L. Khetagurov.

This article reveals the special bond of an individual’s spiritual culture with their ethnic principle, which will always be refracted by social processes and have social characteristics. In this case, the value dominants are a perfect plan for the development of spiritual culture and ethnic boundary constants are adaptive-protective field of the individual in different social groups.
We point out that in social groups, ethnic culture in the light of current trends is rather trivial, although its media representation is perceived as a peculiar and unique phenomenon. In social groups the distinctive elements of ethnic culture are relatively low in spite of their importance.

The article considers the political biography of the famous German diplomat, military strategist and politician Otto von Bismarck. The authors analyze his role and place in the political history of Germany and Europe, as well as its attitude to Russia in the context of the political history of both countries.

The present article describes religion as a core aspect of identity formation of migrants from South Asia in Japan. Religious practices of migrants’ families not only support the maintaining of religion but also Indian (South Asian) identity among generations, grown up in the diaspora.

The paper briefly outlines the problems that arise before a researcher of the ancient art at the moment. For this thesis the materials of archaeological findings of recent years in the Balkan peninsula were used. It becomes possible to reconstruct the famous religious centers, having identified the mechanisms of use of achievements of Greek and Roman masters. The latter preserved all the traditions of the previous epochs in the art and iconography.

This article offers a systematic description of the semantics of the predicates of rotation in Hindi in their basic and figurative (metaphorical) meanings. Hindi exhibits a great degree of complexity of the semantic field of rotation. The following semantic parameters are relevant in Hindi: animation of the subject; axis of rotation: internal/external; number of revolutions; closure; rotation over the reference point. Such semantic features as speed of rotation, number of rotations, trajectory, goal, shape of the object are not relevant in Hindi.

In the nowadays globalized world integration is considered as one of the most important instruments. No single country can develop sustainably without any integration. That’s why the choice of a direction of integration and a depth of involvement, as well as a definition of the main vector of state’s integration policy is one of the most important tasks of a country’s government. Integration projects are carried out everywhere in the world. And in the CIS also lots of integration projects are currently going on and being planned, and participation in some of them can serve as a very strong push for the development of countries like Armenia.
Increasing the competitiveness of such an economy, as Armenian, which is in such complicated conditions, is impossible if it isolates itself from the remaining world.
The main task of this article is to give some understanding of the current situation with integration in Armenia, especially within the CIS, existing restrictions and prospects.

The author focuses on phraseological units, which reveal the humanistic qualities such as kindness, honesty, openness, breadth of soul, sincerity, sincerity, hospitality, wisdom and diligence.
The article also lists phraseological units, describing the negative qualities of the character. Turns of phrase are analyzed and the way they are used in different situations. The article describes the mentality and national character of the Azerbaijani people with the help of phraseological units.

The article is devoted to the functioning of Rusyn organizations of the Transcarpathian Region in 1998-2001. During the period, the last attempt to restore authority of Society of Carpatian Rusyns failed, and Rusyn movement began to search new formats of organization. Besides, it was the time of preparation to the Ukrainian census of 2001 that was to show the national structure of the population of the Transcarpathian region.
