Аннотации
The article analyzes the development of ethnographic tourism in Russia for purposes of revival and preservation of ethnic and cultural heritage. An important condition of the development of domestic tourism in the regions of the Russian Federation is to create a new ethnically-oriented tour products that will not only promote the development of the industry, but also will contribute in a multicultural dialogue.

The article presents an analysis of the philosophical origins of the two main value systems, which in Russian philosophy are denoted as Westerners and Slavophiles. Social ideology of the Slavophiles wore a populist character and unquestionably marked a step forward in the formation of the Russian national identity. As for the westerners, the author presents them as representatives of a specific worldview, based on the recognition of commonness of Russia and Western Europe, which are inseparable parts of one and the same cultural and historical whole.

The article is based on the all-Russian and interregional sociological researches carried out by Institute of sociology. Ethnopolitical and international attitudes of young workers are considered in comparison with other social youth groups. The author draws conclusions about connection between international attitudes and welfare, social status and an assessment of life in general. The example of Moscow allows to expand the range of consideration of international attitudes and to make conclusions about ambiguous attitudes of young workers towards international communication and foreign culture migrants.

The article deals with the problems in the development of Crimea after reunification with Russia in the spring of 2014. An evaluation of assertions about the «aggression» of Russia, as well as about violation of the principle of territorial integrity of Ukraine is given. Several ways of Crimea’s economic development are proposed. The situation with the development of the Crimean Tatar people is analyzed. Crimean public opinion about the decision taken a year ago to reunite with Russia is studied. The author’s view about new driving forces of Crimea’s further development is proposed.

The article is about the role of professionals in the socio-economic development, who play an important role in dealing with overcoming of the economic crisis, restructuring and imports phase-out.
To solve these problems, it is particularly important to maintain the distribution of age and professionalism in an organization: that is, young and elderly people. This ratio is the most representative one in terms of the trends in human resources. Likewise, it is a special object of personnel policy and personnel management.
There is an urgent need to take action for ensuring the demand of graduates of vocational education in Russian enterprises, as well as the need to create agreeable conditions which would allow them to prefer staying in Russia to moving abroad.

The article analyses the word «elite» as a term of political sociology which has been widely used during the last decade in the Russian and English scientific and methodical literature. The authors examine its derivation, lexical compatibility and connotation.
The authors of the article also attempt to analyze the word «elite» in the Russian and English languages in the context of psycholinguistic approach. The article describes in comparison both linguistic and extra-linguistic characteristics of the term «elite» in two different languages as part of different linguistic word views.

This article focuses on the consideration of peasant (farm) economic interests in the context of progressive agriculture growth in modern Russia. The author argues that for furtherance and strengthening farming in Russia as a very lucrative economic set-up its necessary to provide to independent farms not only credit at preferential rate and production distribution at reasonable purchase prices but also information and analytical support to have an access to national plans and branch development programs as well as socio-economic programs in rural areas. Furthermore, this support will allow both the state and the business community to have a more realistic view on the situation in the Russian AIC and promptly respond to all sorts of negative emergence in the industry.

The article discusses the historiography of two independent events in the history of Russia of the XIX century, their mutual influence on each other: Russian social thought and monastic starets that successfully developed in Optina Pustyn (Monastery). The Church and Russian thinkers used the system of spiritual education in Orthodoxy. The author of the article describes how starets influenced the views and creativity of Russian thinkers. The article shows how at certain periods of development of historical science the interaction of these phenomena is reflected in the studies of researchers.

The article is devoted to the problem of manufacture of the symbolical capital in modern manufactures. In the article, the role of an emotional component in discussed, including the ones within the limits of creative industries. The symbolical capital can both raise and lower its cost dynamically. It is also capable of taking the form of an additional cost in the relation to the earlier produced symbolical capital, thus raising the cost of an end product.The creative symbolical capital promotes the formation of new social practice, destroying and transforming the already existing stereotypes.

The author of the article analyzes the emergence of network forms of political communication, which are emerging as a new platform for interaction between different actors of the political system of the modern state. The author explores the specifics of network communication, its possibilities to expand the boundaries of society controllability in today’s global instability. The article shows the introduction of network technologies in various spheres of Russian society.

We explore the methodological side of ensuring of social stability of the territorial entities in the state and municipal government of Russia. To design ways for providing social stability of Russia and its territorial entities, we offer a method of social attributive control. This research has a fundamental and applied value. It consists of scientific knowledge increment about social objects management and expansion of practical opportunities of proving its effectiveness. The study was performed as part of a research in ISEI Ufa.

The article is devoted to some of the historical and contemporary socio-economic aspects of the interaction between the Federal center and the republics of the North Caucasus. It discusses several issues associated with the creation in the structure of the government of the Russian Federation Ministry of the North Caucasus. The article emphasized some key historical aspects of the integration of the North Caucasus region in Russia, and also attempts to review the current level of integration of the economic, the social, the political and the cultural. There is an identified number of issues related to the specifics of the integration of the North Caucasus region in the light of the state regional policy towards it.

In modern conditions of integration and globalization of inter-ethnic relations, problems of formation of ethnic consciousness are important. The article revealed the peculiarity of feminine ethnic identity and the ways of formation of ethnic identity of immature girls through their exposure towards the traditional types of needlework.

The article analyzes the political biography and political style of the current President of the French Republic Francois Hollande. A special attention is paid to its mediation mission related to the settlement of the crisis in relations between the West and Russia, caused by the civil war in Ukraine. The success of this mission, according to the authors, depends largely on the political future of F. Hollande.

Irish theatre, from the Abbey Theatre to the contemporary Irish drama, has been one of the principal sources to form the Irish cultural identity. The most famous, programmatic, and at the same time controversial plays of J. Synge, S. O’Casey and Br. Friel are being analysed to determine culture-specific motifs of the Irish identity. It is shown that there are two levels of reality imprinted in the drama.

It was noted in ancient times that night is a special time, saturated with a sense of mystery. But over time, politicians have learned to control mood and behavior of the masses, actively using the mystical potential of the night. Now, we are in the period of a new understanding of the night as the time of education and game, which fully coincides with the level of scientific and technical progress.

Critical situations in the development of native pharmaceutical and medicine industry are considered in the article. It has been shown that new global challenges, i.e. the necessity to abide by the standards and regulations of WTO, strengthening of economic sanctions, exert a negative impact on the development of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical and national security of Russia. The options for the strategies of import substitution implementation and innovation development have been determined; the proposals on its implementation have been formulated.

PRC’s food security strategy: challenges and solutions
The article is devoted to the description of current food security problems of China, aims and objectives of the strategy, that was started in the end of 2013 year, as well as activities of public and private corporations in the field of food security of the country.

In the nourishment of Italians, there can be traced a basic kit of products and dishes, which was undergoing some changes during the twentieth century. Analyzing certain products and dishes (such as cheeses, pizzas, balsamic vinegar, floury and meat courses and others) we find out the following: local residents follow their food traditions and aspire to preserve their own regional identity, preferring to use mainly locally produced foods.
