The concept and structure of the publication resource for the purpose of promulgation of economic research are considered. Numerical indicators compare the publication opportunities of the VAK List with other resources and foreign indexed editions of the near abroad. The problems of transformation of specialized publications from one publication resource into other indices and citation indicators are reflected.

In the article general questions of contact zones are considered with reference to nationalities. It is concluded that today in cities contact zones mean not only the practice of interaction of different ethnic groups, but also the consideration of a religious factor. Moreover, the modern Russian reality contributes to the fact that many ethno-cultural problems are beginning to be considered in the context of religious development.

For the current stage of development of the global political process is characterized by the emergence of a relatively new instrument in shaping political reality, where the role color revolution hybrid war (element of which was the war of information-psychological) and the theory of controlled chaos. The article discusses the phenomenon of "color revolutions" in the context of their destructive impact on the state of the Russian statehood. The relevance of this topic is due to the potential danger such so-called "bloodless", but nevertheless the illegal change of power in the country; the comparative newness of these technologies; its destructive force to the foundations of modern States, and also not fully debugged mechanism of counteraction to this negative phenomenon.

In the present article the main problems in activity of special economic zones are considered the factors influencing their efficiency are called and the reasons of poor development of the Crimean SEZ are defined.

The relevance of this study is due to the need for a comprehensive study of conflict factors in the development of the ethnopolitical situation in the regions of Russia. The purpose of this article is to study the development trends of the regional ethnopolitical situation in the conditions of the new electoral cycle.
Methods of research: On the basis of theoretical studies, qualitative characteristics of conflicts with the ethnic component are presented, their causes are analyzed, and data on the dynamics and forecast of the situation development for the next three years are presented.
Significance of the study: The study showed that the enopolitical tension in the regions under study currently tends to become more complicated under the influence of the economic crisis and the beginning of a new electoral cycle, but open interethnic confrontations are not expected.

The article considers the necessity of perception of the university not only as an intangible, but also a material cultural heritage. It is only in the unity of these two approaches that the high mission of universities and their amazing ability to support this mission throughout the whole period of the university system's existence become evident, to include in this system new educational institutions and to ensure the continuity of both the educational process and student corporatism.

The article reveals the main provisions of social design in conditions of its use in the territorial public self-government. The authors focus on the stages of implementing social design, highlighting the key elements, and derive an algorithm to overcome social problems. The article concludes that the personal mission, responsibility, the role of communications (dialogue), and partnership are relevant in modern social design.

The article considers the issues of communications management of non-profit organizations. The analysis of the dynamics of the nonprofit sector's development in Russia, the basic trends are some of the indicators reflecting financial support to CCW from the state. The authors concluded that effective communication undertaken by non-profit organizations in the internal and external environment is able to provide financial and reputational stability.

The author focuses attention on the need to take into account the specifics of tax legal relations during interrogation, within the framework of which the mechanism of committing a tax crime was formed. It is due to this circumstance that the success of interrogation is conditioned in the course of its preparation and proceeding by the need for a thorough study of the materials received from the tax authority, determining the place, role, status and degree participation of the interrogated person in the established tax legal relations in which the tax crime was committed, entrusted to the interrogated person for compliance with the requirements of the norms of the legislation on taxes and fees, or the nature of the relationship of additional in this case, the duties were assigned to them.

Student self-government has a long tradition. Particularly significant is the development of student government in the period of social change, when it helps young people not only solve vital issues, but also prepares them for real life, including through the development of communicative skills. The article considers such practice on the example of one of the oldest Russian universities - MADI.

The main directions of development of the economic system of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol are considered. Analyzed are special difficulties in implementing the ways of hanging economic development. Recommendations are given and principles of introduction of these ways in strategy of development of the region are formulated. The article deals with topical issues related to the organizational and economic essence and content of the logistics infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to the essence of the concept, the main interpretations and approaches based on the analysis of modern economic literature are considered. The contents of the main elements of the logistics infrastructure are revealed. Conclusions are made about the importance of the development of the logistics infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus in the framework of the world integration processes.

Political stability manifests itself in the modern world not as often as the population and researchers would like. However, the emergence of world outlooks focused on the formation of stability in politics and the economy is a manifestation of the wise and "suffered" position of the political establishment.
Global transformations of the 21st century practically form a fertile ground for the penetration of destructive political actors and institutions into this or that region. They seek to escalate political conflicts, the emergence of an off-system opposition. In this regard, the current establishment needs to create an idea and form of rooting political stability in the region.
In this article, the author systematizes the concepts of conflict, stability in the theoretical sense and considers these concepts through the prism of patron-client relations in the post-Soviet space.

The article considers the process of formation, development and current state of the control system of diocesan and parochial pastoral and theological life in Latin America. Century the Catholic Church had in Latin America a special body for the coordination of Church life. Only in the mid-twentieth century the question arose about the need for a centralized organization, which not only provided technical management activities ecclesially units and their territorial associations, but also would control Latin American theology that is increasingly out of the control of the Vatican. The author concludes that to date, CELAM is the only legal Catholic structure for Latin American dioceses, although along with it there are alternative theological/organizational centers that stand primarily on the positions of liberation theology.

The article is devoted to the role of the individual in sociocultural relations, the importance and influence of the fine arts on social processes and the state of the world artistic culture. The problems are caused by a lack of balance and prioritization in the world art practice. The article analyzes the historical experience of cultural relations between Russia and Italy on the example of outstanding personalities of the artistic and aesthetic thought of the past.

Malaysia is one of the prime examples among those societies that are severely divided along ethnic lines. But the country has achieved some measure of success in managing ethnic conflict and enjoying relative political stability. The cultural policy of the state plays an important role in the process of integrating diverse groups in the interests of national unity. The article reveals main changes in concepts – from “National Cultural Policy” based on the idea of Malay-Islam privileged position in the country to the “One Malaysia” policy that seeks to improve the relationship of all Malaysians, regardless of racial, religious and cultural background. The question of national culture in multi-ethnic Malaysia is viewed and understood in a much wider perspective that takes into consideration social, economic and international factors as well.

This article represents connections of historical-cultural factors of the market of armament and it’s modern condition. Historical-cultural factor is defined as a system of historical conditions of development of need in armament, culture of production and trade of weapons, traditions of trade relations. The article deals with the link between foreign policy and public insurance in Russia and in France in the XVII century. On the example of applying such instruments as ransom insurance by Ambassadorial Prikaz, on the one hand, and tontines for State treasury fundraising, on the other hand, the author examines the impact of each of them on the diplomatic institutes’ development and foreign policy realization of the respective countries.

The article is devoted to the study of government, political system in Thailand, the political process of Thailand. An overview of the role of internal structures in the foreign policy process in Thailand. Particular emphasis is placed on the situation of the political process, activities of state and non-state actors in the foreign policy process in Thailand and the policy of Thailand. It is established that to date Thailand political unstable country in Southeast Asia due to the fact that in the country many times there are coup and political crises.

In this article, the relations between China and Japan in the sphere of economic cooperation are considered. China and Japan have strong economies, and also have a significant political weight and authority, which allows them to play an important role in the international arena in the early 21st century. The ambitions of both states, the nature of their interaction in Northeast Asia, has a serious impact on the region in the process of forming the military-political and economic climate in the region.
