The article shows the consequences of reforms in Russian education, as well as its current state. The central place is occupied by the concept of a «single educational space». The article says that there are certain difficulties and problems on the way to achieving systemic unity by the Russian education. At the same time it is asserted that thanks to the position of the current Minister of Education and Science O. Vasilieva, we can talk about the emergence of the basis for overcoming them.

The article is devoted to the determination of the fundamental preconditions for the development of post-Soviet ethno-nationalism. Among them, the authors include the politicization of ethnicity in the twentieth century, the widespread use of ethnic and nationalist rhetoric to mobilize the masses and legitimize political institutions, the contradictoriness of Soviet national policy, the ethnocentric way of thinking rooted in Soviet ethnology. It is concluded that it is necessary to overcome the primordialist paradigm in interpreting ethnicity in order to prevent the conflictual nature of modern national and ethnic politics.

Tourism has always played an important role in human life. The desire to cognize the world around, as the main motivating factor, forced people to move between cities, countries, continents, promoted important geographical discoveries, provided an opportunity for economic cooperation, etc. In addition to economic importance, we should not forget that tourism has a powerful political, cultural, social, spiritual and even ideological influence. At present, the tourism industry is developing dynamically, its indicators are rapidly rising. The contribution of the tourism sector to the world economy is colossal. In 2015, the World Tourism Council announced that tourism revenues make up 10% of GDP.
In the last 50 years, tourism has been adversely affected by natural disasters, economic crises, wars and terrorist attacks, the number and extent of destruction of which are very significant. The article examines aspects that reflect the impact of terrorism on the development of the tourism industry.

Modern society is assessed as a knowledge society. It already has a leading role played by people who have not only an education that meets public needs, but also communication skills. In the conditions of expanding the risk space, such communicative abilities should cover both the professional sphere and the sphere of socio-political interactions. This dictates the need to include in the process of formation of the communicative culture of the student the actions that presuppose the development of their political culture.

Historical documents (GARF) on the history of the Black-Hundred movement in Russia dating back to the beginning of the 20th century are published. The documents demonstrate the position of the All-Russian National Union in relation to the "aliens" that formed on the eve of the First World War. Selected documents allow to see disagreements in the camp of right-monarchism, as well as general trends for the Black-Hundred and Nationalist organizations on the national issue. Documents are published in the author's edition.

It is represented the features of copyright protection on the Internet. Actual problems of protection and enforcement of intellectual property are shown on the Internet in the modern development of information and communication technologies. It is considered connection of these problems with the global problems of international law. Main methods of copyright infringement on the Internet are given. Possible solutions to these problems are elaborated. The International basic documents are analyzed, that regulate copyright in Internet network. Also questions of International and legal protection are discussed from point of view of plagiarism in musical industry.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state and definition of the prospects for the development of political opposition in modern Russia. The author describes the stages of the formation of the Russian political opposition, characterizing the process of its expressed division into systemic and non-systemic. The article presents strategies of interaction between the authorities and the opposition and details their features. Based on the analysis of contemporary political practice in Russia, the author evaluates the prospects of the opposition, highlighting the two main trends describing its present state.

In May-June 2017, the North Ossetian Department of Social Studies of the Institute for Socio-Political Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Department of Sociology of the North Ossetian State University named after. K.L. Khetagurov conducted a study on the topic: "The opinion of the expert community on the sanitary condition of the cities of the Russian Federation". The poll was held in Vladikavkaz in the capital of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania of the North Caucasus Federal District. A total of 75 experts were interviewed: architects, scientists, journalists, cultural workers, teachers of schools and universities, doctors, lawyers, etc.

The article considers the problem of implementation of the cluster approach in the practical management of regional tourism development. Theoretical aspects of historical and cultural tourism and summarizes the approaches of different authors to the coverage of the term "historical-cultural tourism". The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the most important political and social institutions of the region - political parties in the Republic of Tyva at the present stage. Full-scale and extensive scientific research on political parties in Tuva today does not exist. The analysis of the high support of the party of power by the electorate of the republic during the election of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation took place on September 18, 2016 in the whole of Russia on a single voting day. The data sources are statistical data of the Central Election Commission of Russia and the Republic of Tuva.
At the federal and regional elections, the electorate of the Republic is supported by the overwhelming majority of votes by the political party "United Russia" and its candidates. It should be noted that this picture is typical for most of the national republics of the Russian Federation. The Republic of Tuva and the national republics of the North Caucasus (Chechnya, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, North Ossetia and other identical regions) are among the most active regions in terms of turnout at elections of various levels and support of the ruling party. The results of the elections to the State Duma on September 18, 2016 in the context of the Republic of Tuva showed that when the voter turnout was 90.13%, the party of power received 82.61%.
The peculiarity of the electoral process in the region is due to the fact that Tuva has its own peculiar way of historical and cultural development. In the republic there was no experience of the existence of a multi-party system. For Tuva, the phenomenon of multi-party system is absolutely new. As of April 3, 2017, 19 political parties are registered in the register of registered non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tyva.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the main components of the collective identity of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The author relies on the constructivist methodology and uses the theory of regional security complexes to show which elements of the collective identity of the SCO are still being formed and which have already been formed. The article notes that the advantage of the SCO is the absence of a leader and its emphasis on consulting forms of work. At the same time, there are problems with determining the geographical and functional boundaries of the SCO.

The article presents the actions of the new head of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Mun Zhe In in the field of foreign policy, as well as the military field, determined by the deployment of a missile defense battery that caused an intensification of the crisis on the Korean peninsula and poses a danger to neighboring states. Particular attention is paid to the process of establishing confidential relations with the leaders of the main states of the region.

The article presents a short essay on the results of the author's participation in the research expedition to the Kingdom of Bhutan. Throughout history, the Buddhist kingdom in the Himalayas has never been conquered and has always preserved its identity in isolation from the outside world. In this regard, the Bhutanese statehood can be attributed to a closed society and is of interest for research from the standpoint of the theory of conflict and the philosophy of culture.
