Key trends in the implementation of the sustainable development goals

The global economic crisis has become a “wake-up call” for politicians around the world. In recent years, one of the most serious financial and economic crises has been observed in different countries of the world, accompanied by a global employment crisis. As a result, the previously developed idea of a model of economic development and economic growth was questioned. At the same time, serious global trends, such as globalization and the growing welfare of the population, population growth and aging, environmental problems and limited natural resources, as well as technological changes that depend on the qualifications of workers, put additional pressure on the development of the economy of any country. Thus, the generally accepted and familiar rules of doing business become not quite working in such conditions and require innovative improvements and rethinking.

The essence of strategic partnership in international relations

Strategic partnership is one of the levels of international relations, located between simple partnership and alliance. The essence of strategic partnership in international relations lies in the fact that it is a purposeful interaction between actors, which is long-term, continuous, stable, based on the implementation of mutual fundamental interests and, as a rule, is carried out in all spheres of public life. The study of this level of international relations should be continued. Of interest are its criteria and thresholds. It is necessary to study the patterns of transition from tactical to strategic partnership, as well as from strategic partnership to alliance. Within the framework of a strategic partnership, it is desirable to study the interaction of economic, political and other factors influencing it.

Keywords: interaction, new world order, opposition, rivalry, partnership, strategic partnership, alliance, China, European Union, Eurasian Economic Union, Belt and Road Initiative.
