In the context of the "double carbon" goal, the complementary resource advantages of China and Russia, the high degree of political mutual trust and the political background of the Russia-Ukraine conflict provide a good foundation for the construction of the China-Russia clean energy cooperation mechanism. At present, the path of the clean energy cooperation mechanism between the two countries can be divided into regional and social levels. Regional cooperation should be based on frameworks such as the SCO, BRICS and the Belt and Road Forum. On the social level, it mainly relies on the cooperation between the government, enterprises and universities to build a platform for the exchange and development of low-carbon projects and the cultivation of talents between the two countries.

An examination of the Somali political system will lead us to many answers, including the causes of the geopolitical catastrophes that arose after the fall of the Somali state in the early 1990s, and the emergence of Somali maritime piracy as a result, as well as extremist terrorist movements. At this point, the European integration process has become one of the most significant subjects of European (and, in particular, of Estonian) political cartoon. This genre, being a phenomenon of political and mass communication, acts as a kind of feedback from the Estonian society to the events taking place in the European Union. The article is devoted to a previously unexplored segment of this phenomenon – to a discussion of how the Eurosceptic cartoons in the Estonian press by recognized Estonian cartoonists reflect a certain part of public opinion in Estonia on the Eurosceptic agenda. The paper shows how their cartoons, addressed to representatives of Estonian culture and bearing the imprint of the Estonian collective consciousness, reflect, shape and support the Eurosceptic way of thinking in society. The cartoons of authors whose works criticize the EU, Estonia’s accession to this organization and its membership in it, express the European integration aspirations of this Baltic country in a deliberately comical way. The author made a representative selection of Eurosceptic cartoons (authored by 9 distinguished Estonian cartoonists), which expressed the most relevant Eurosceptic stories (for the period from 1998 to 2022), and provided their description, explanation and interpretation. The method of qualitative content analysis was applied.
Keywords: euroskepticism, European integration, Estonia, political cartoon, politics, satire, art.
