Abstract
In the article questions of ethnocultural policy with reference to professional activity in cities are considered. It shows how the preferences of people in the sphere of employment, settlement behavior change in conditions of intensive migrations, it is proved that ethnization of certain spheres of activity takes place in such megacities as Moscow, which is not accompanied by the appearance of ethnic neighborhoods, as it was in history or is observed abroad today. Non-profit organizations also become employers for ethnic minorities in the cities, due to the limited resources to conduct their work, they embark on the path of social entrepreneurship, offering paid services in the field of additional education, sports and other and other.

The article reveals the advantages of e-democracy as a means of organizing social and political activity of citizens. The author, by identifying the relationship between e-democracy and electronic means of communication and interaction, emphasizes the need to use ICT (information and communication technologies), including a wide range of Internet resources.

The article is devoted to the problems of teaching political science at technical and economic faculties of universities, analysis of the goals of teaching political science to future engineers and economists. The author developed proposals for changing the program of the discipline "Political Science" in accordance with the goals and objectives of teaching at a particular faculty and with the level of incoming knowledge in related social and humanitarian disciplines.

The article analyzes creation of two significant Russian motions – “Defence of Sevastopol” (1911) and “Battleship Potemkin” (1926). Generated during differentiate historical period, they help to find out discordant machinery of formation of historical memory.

People throughout the history of society dreamed of a just social order, about achieving a fair attitude to everyone. In the conditions of industrial production these ideas were combined with the ideas of a fair organization of labor and equally worthy of remuneration for it. Way to achieve social justice began performing organizational justice, which gives a conscious understanding of the company's goals, work motivation, strengthens the group identification of employees, the psychological pressure of social inequality is reduced and prospects for the development of a social state are created.

The article explores the effectiveness of studying at University by stating that it depends on successful adaptation of first-year students. The aim of the analysis is to determine the steps in preventing University disadaptation of a would-be student. The success of learning is associated with motivation of the student, with his professional choice. Fast adaptation is associated with conscious choice, with high motivation for acquisition of the chosen profession.

The results of the analytical study of Big Data in the study of public opinion are presented. The experience of domestic and foreign socio-political research has been analyzed. Theoretical substantiation of the applicability of Big Data in the course of applied research of socio-political processes is given. Applied general scientific methodological algorithms: structural and functional method, structural analysis of the text, a comparative method. The expediency of further studying of technologies directly related to the problems of work is shown.

In the article there are studied certain theoretical and methodological approaches for assessing social development, there is also included a research of basic existing theories of public development, as well as the options of implementing of certain theoretic options in the framework of a conflict situation's analyzing. The retrospective analysis done in the article for the development theories allows to create a model of sustainability of public development in Transdniestria, targeted to studying its patterns by quantative characteristics with the use of formal mathematical methods in a combination with informal methods of data analysis.
The resolution of the problem that is formulated in the article will bring to deeper understanding of a social mechanics in a situation of a conflict, to defining a concrete influence of different factors over a settlement process and to take into account the acquired knowledge during modeling of perspectives for sustainability of a post-conflict community. In general it gives an option for better discovering of sustainability's genesis of modern social development of Transdniestria and of perspectives for resolving of the conflict between Moldova and Transdniestria.

Appeal to the scientific interpretation of geopolitical rivalry in Central Asia at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries is conditioned by the strategic importance of this region in the system of international relations. The subject of the study is the geopolitical rivalry of leading and regional states in Central Asia at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. The work uses the historical method, which considers the subject in dynamics and interrelations. The article reveals the regional strategy of Turkey in Central Asia, the partnership and contradictions between Turkey and the United States in the region. Turkey retains a certain lead over the Turkic countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan. Turkey is trying to present its activity in the Turkic countries of the CIS as a natural process of cooperation between ethnically close peoples and states, as a desire to strengthen the capabilities of the NATO country, a strategic ally of the United States.

The Constitution of the PRC guarantees the right of citizens to freedom of religion. Islam is one of religions from the outside, which has a history of 1,300 years in China. Islam began spread from Arabia to China in the VIII century. Through mixed marriages between Persian or Arab merchants and Chinese Han people, new nationalities of believing Islam were formed. With the spread of Islam in Central Asia, Islam entered Xinjiang in the 10th century. So, the Muslims of China have formed 2 cultural groups. Although the criteria for the division of nationality in China have been controversial for many years, according to the results of the current ethnic group, Chinese Muslims have a very clearly national character. This article describes the national characteristics and distribution of Muslims in China. Excluding Muslims of the first group with Chinese traditional culture, Muslims of another group with the culture of Xinjiang national minorities are associated with Islam in Central and West Asia. This article analyzes the reasons for the spread of Islamic fundamentalism and extremism among Muslims in the north-western region of China due to historical, cultural, economic and social factors.

Strategic planning for modern states is one of the most common ways of building a medium-term or long-term political and economic reality. The belief in the positive outcome of the implementation of strategic courses adopted by governments in the design of specialized research groups, experts and institutions creates a special political entourage of planning viability.
In this article, we are faced with the task of considering the discourse of strategic planning from the standpoint of system analysis. It is impossible to determine the structure and probability of the realizability of the political course without the formation of a concrete and tangible product. Hence the need to explore strategic planning as a process of political and economic impact on the system of social development.
