To the question of relation of state ideology and national idea in the Russian Federation

This article discusses current problems of the relationship between the state ideology and the national idea, establishes their practical significance and role in the domestic system of public-state relations, analyzes the features of the evolution of these phenomena. The authors come to the conclusion that today the core of the ideological sphere of the Russian state is the national idea which, unlike the state ideology, contributes to the genuine consolidation of society and its stable development.

The phenomenon of Cossack self-government

The Object of study: Russian Cossacks as a social and managerial phenomenon. The Subject of study: institutional level of Cossack management. Methodological foundations of the analysis of the spiritual and psychological characteristics of the North and South Ossetians (guidelines for the development of Ossetian identity in the 21st century)

The article identifies the theoretical background for the study of the spiritual and psychological characteristics of the people of North and South Ossetia, as well as problems of the development of the identity of the Ossetians. Here we explain the necessity of applying a culture-centric methodology, according to which culture is understood as a person’sself-fulfillment, as a special ontological reality. We see the role of the socio-cultural code which provides the maintenance and transmission of ethno cultural identity.

Economic mechanism of environmental protection

The concept, the economic mechanism of environmental protection, includes a set of related organizational, legal, socio-economic, ideological measures, with a special place, among them, economic measures aimed at ensuring the right of citizens to an optimal safe environment, with protection from the negative impact caused by various activities, exceptional situations both natural and man-made plan, to accurate information about the state of the environment and compensation for damage caused to it.

Conflicts on International transport corridors and ways to solve them

The growing importance of international transport corridors (ITC) in the context of globalization of the world economy causes increased scientific interest in their functioning. The subjects of study in this article are conflicts arising in the areas of transport corridors and ways to solve them, what constitutes a scientific innovation. The author analyzes the causes, content and stages of conflicts on the main European ITC. Systematization of conflicts allows classifying them and identifying regularity of their occurrence. Next, the author summarizes the international experience of conflict resolution, choosing the methods suitable for use in ITC activities. The practical significance of the work is the correlation of the main conflicts arising in the functioning of the corridors in the territory of the Russian Federation, with possible effective ways to resolve these conflicts.

Karl Marx and the student movement in Germany: to the question of false stereotypes

The life of Karl Marx during his studies first in the Bonn and then Berlin University can serve as a refutation of the established stereotype that the student's years are then really fruitful when a young person studying in a higher education institution successfully combines study and social activity. The genius of Marx enabled him many of their training courses to pass independently. And then the turbulent state of the student movement, which periodically became simply violent, was far from Marx's ideas about the goals of social struggle. And at the same time it was his teaching that contributed to the formation not only of a worker, but also of a student's socialist movement.
