The relevance of the article lies in the philosophical awareness of the ethno-national identity of the Dagestan peoples, which plays an important role in stabilizing the political situation in the North Caucasus, a determining factor in social development — social, economic, spiritual. The article analyzes the concept of ethnic identity, ethnic self-consciousness in the aspect of determining a person's belonging to a particular ethnic group, as well as as a reflection of the multiplicity of levels of self-consciousness. The ethnic identity of Dagestanis is a combination of the following components: language, ethnic territory, ethnogenetic legends and myths, traditions, customs, mountain etiquette, the whole spectrum of elements of everyday, spiritual and behavioral culture.
Keywords: self-consciousness, mentality, ethnos, ethnonational, polyethnic, consolidation, self-identity.
In modern conditions, there are processes of transformation of the world political paradigm aimed at the genesis of a new world order. In these conditions, the foreign policy vector of key political actors in world politics is focused on building a world order that most closely meets their national interests. The article shows that the key goal of the US foreign policy vector is to maintain its influence in the world political arena, which creates the need to form a world based on rules. A world based on rules, as interpreted by the United States, presupposes compliance by all countries of the world community with the rules that are established on the basis of international organizations by the leading countries of the world, led by the United States.
At the same time, the European Union is implementing a foreign policy vector aimed at implementing the concept of a multilateral world, which involves the involvement of all countries of the world in the processes of developing global solutions, subject to the agreed rules of conduct by these countries. The European Union itself should become the generator of these rules.
China's foreign policy is also focused on the formation of a multilateral world order, which is reflected in the concept of a community of the common destiny of mankind. The concept was based on China's soft power policy and the formation of a balance of bilateral interstate relations on a mutually beneficial basis.
Russia's foreign policy vector is focused on the formation of a polycentric world order based on the full rights of key actors in world politics in the process of implementing global governance.
Today there is a tendency to form a new center of power in Latin America. The largest country in the region is Brazil, which has the greatest potential to form a regional center. Brazil's foreign policy is focused on building a multipolar world, where Brazil itself should become the center of Latin America. The key here is the factor of successful regional integration, thanks to which the countries of Latin America will be able to take higher positions in the rating of international competitiveness, strengthen their positions in the world economy and politics.
Keywords: world order, unipolar world, world based on rules, paradigm, polycentric world, multilateral world.
The article discusses the concepts of digital transformation and digital culture as integral processes of digitalization of society and the economy. The author emphasizes that in conditions of highly dynamic changes, in order to ensure competitiveness, enterprises need to quickly adapt to external changes, including consumer preferences and market requirements. However, the traditional form of corporate culture is one of the key barriers to digital transformation. The urgency of creating a digital culture within the organization is emphasized. The advantages of digital culture in comparison with the traditional model are highlighted. The main ways of achieving the competitiveness of an organization through digital culture are described. The indicators are formulated, with the help of which it is possible to assess the level of development of digital culture. The key problems that management faces when trying to transform organizational culture are highlighted. It is proved that a sign of high digital culture and digital maturity of enterprises is the vision and understanding of the context of digital transformation, and the formation of digital culture as a key factor of transformation is a complex and ambiguous process. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the author highlights the most important characteristics of an effective corporate culture of enterprises in modern conditions.

The Internet for the peoples of Russia is also an ethnocultural space, where it is possible to satisfy various needs and interests. For Russian Germans throughout the entire post-war period, the problem of the perception of the past, the assessment of the deportation that Soviet citizens of German nationality experienced during the Great Patriotic War remain acute. Along with professional historians, a significant number of amateur sites, blogs, publications on social networks about the past and present of the people have appeared on the network.
The purpose of the study is to determine the points of contact between the official (registered) press of Russian Germans and user publications on the history of the people repressed in Soviet times. It is concluded that today the professional media of Russian Germans are guided by public and political interests, while user activities tend to satisfy private interests. We can talk about a kind of stratification of official and unofficial media, there are parallel information spaces that count on attracting different audiences. But this can hardly be assessed negatively.
Keywords: Russian Germans, media activity, history of Russian Germans, websites of Russian Germans, mass media of Russian Germans.

The strategic perceptions could be a valid even critical version to investigate the evolution and development tendency of United States strategy for Central Asia. The five strategic documents from late 1990’s to 2020 revealed two lines of strategic perception evolution during the 30 years’ history of United States’ engagement in the Central Asia: one is the “Eurasian strategy-Afghanistan Strategy-Central Asian Strategy” line surrounded by its perception on Central Asia’s strategic role; and the other one is the “Eurasia Economic Strategy-Afghanistan Economic Strategy-Central Asian Security Strategy” line of how United States perceived of Central Asia’s strategic function. Two lines had joined together for the first time in the “United States Strategy for Central Asia 2019-2025” which enacted on February 5th, 2020, the latest one of five strategic documents, reflected a fundamental change in United States’ strategic perception on the Central Asia that it will initiate a proactive strategy era in this area.

The article deals with the recently introduced Predation Theory as the Power Transition Theory expansion that illuminates the reasoning behind rising states predation and possibly the status quo revision. Manuscripts' main aim is to point out that predation is not only behavior implied by rising states toward decliners, but also other great powers engage in predatory policies as strategy for conquest. Findings of the study demonstrate the predation versatility in cases of ascending actors aiming to expand, established predatory hegemons and actors aiming to prevent their decline. Therefore, the central argument is being tested on the case studies of ascending great power- the 19th century U.S., established hegemon - the 20th century U.S., and declining revisionist state- contemporary Turkey. With that said, the case study is the manuscripts' primary research method. Simultaneously, the Power Transition Theory, Hegemonic Stability Theory and Neoclassical Realism are the central paradigms that can be found in the article.
