The article presents the results of a study of the information policy of the local government, the effectiveness of this policy is determined, the nature of feedback with residents through communication channels is investigated, compares the preferred areas of work of the local authority according to officials and the public, analyzes the public opinion of residents regarding the regional media.

The article analyzes the publications of recent years owned by Russian and foreign authors, which examine various aspects of the history of food: from simple products to complex culinary objects that become phenomena not only of world history or economics, but also of geopolitics. The author tries to answer questions why it is so important for a person to visualize his meal and where this tradition comes from. It is also valuable to understand the reasons for the interest not only in ready-made food, but also in its molecular components. The complex of problems of gastronomic geopolitics is of interest.

In modern conditions of global competition in the market of educational services, an urgent task is to find tools that provide competitive advantages not only to individual educational organizations (universities), but also to the entire national educational system as a whole.
The article considers such indicators of the competitiveness of the Russian national educational system as the positions of Russian universities in international rankings and the demand for educational services among foreign students.

The paper is devoted to the history and theory of project management both in Russia and abroad, as well as the reasons for transition from process structure to project one. A project means any activity that result in a specific product, service or achieved goal. The history of project management is reflected in traditional project management methodology. However, nowadays traditional waterfall method manages with projects less effectively, therefore project costs are increasing. The article also describes the reasons for companies to opt Agile methodologies instead of waterfall. It includes the history, main points, Agile methods and frameworks. It is concluded that Agile methodologies, being a mindset or philosophy, prioritize people as valuable members of a team. As a result, Agile companies are able to manage projects faster and cheaper.

The article raises the problem of reading signs related to the plant world, in particular, flowers, in the context of war and peace. The dual nature of this symbolism is noted, reflecting both the inextricable connection of flowers with the soil on which they grow, and therefore are able to symbolize love for their native land, and the joyful, triumphant power of flowers, making them symbols of victory.

In modern conditions of development of Russian society, social entrepreneurship is the link between the state, business and society in the process of solving social problems of various categories of the population. Orientation to a comprehensive solution to acute social problems, the network principle of dissemination, the ability to actively integrate into existing projects make social entrepreneurship a powerful source of civic initiatives. In this article, the authors provide an analytical review of conceptual approaches to the definition of social entrepreneurship. The main features of social entrepreneurship in the context of socio-economic development are outlined.

The article analyzes the federal and regional legislation in the field of pensions for civil servants of the city of Sevastopol. It is noted that the lawmakers of the city of Sevastopol significantly narrowed the base for calculating long-term pension. Of the monetary content of a civil servant in the city of Sevastopol, only official salary is taken into account for calculating a pension, and salary for a class rank and additional payments are not taken into account at all, which does not comply with the provisions of federal law. It is concluded that such norms violate the foundations of the unity of the public service system of the Russian Federation and the principles of its construction and functioning, as well as the correlation of the basic conditions and sizes of wages, basic state social guarantees and the correlation of the basic conditions of state pension provision for citizens who have passed the civil service of the Russian Federation.

This article discusses the features of Russian policy towards compatriots living abroad. This direction is expressed in the vision of Russia's domestic and foreign policy in relation to the category of people who are compatriots under Russian law. This article presents the mechanisms, as well as the directions and institutions that are involved in the implementation of this state orientation. Speaking of foreign experience, which was partially borrowed by the Russian side, it has the opportunity to compare the elements of the policy of Russia and a foreign state to see their differences and similarities.

This study is based on the works of international scholars on cultural identity and sociocultural integration, such as Erik Erikson, Peter Dahlgren, A. Touraine, R. Redfield, R. Linton, M. Herskowitz, I. Goffmann, A. Schütz, M. Bennet, A. Farnham, S. Bochner, G. Triandis, J. Berry and consists of two parts. Each part is a logical continuation of the study: the legislative framework, the strategy, the protection and promotion of the integration of ethnolinguistic groups from the moment the Republic of Moldova was formed to this day. The article gives an assessment and main conclusions on the ongoing cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and international organizations on solving the problems of integration of the Gagauz people and actions to provide them wide territorial autonomy.

The subject of this scientific article is the technology of participation of the Georgian and Azerbaijani diasporas in the political system of modern Russia. The main goal of the presented study is to identify the main organizational forms and methods of participation of the Georgian and Azerbaijani diasporas in Russian political life. The author pays special attention to the analysis of the influence of the changing dynamics of bilateral relations between Russia, Georgia and Azerbaijan on the political positions of the diaspora associations of these countries in Russia. The methodological basis of the study is the methods of comparative and retrospective analysis of the participation of the Georgian and Azerbaijani diasporas in Russian politics.
Based on the analysis, the author of the scientific article comes to the conclusion about the constructive nature of the participation of the Georgian and Azerbaijani diasporas in Russian political life. The scientific novelty of this study is to identify within its framework a direct relationship between the trajectory of bilateral relations between Russia and Georgia and Azerbaijan and the political role of their diasporas in Russia. The author of the study also confirms the fact that there is a great constructive potential of diaspora organizations in terms of restoring Russian-Georgian bilateral relations, which enhances the practical value of this work.

The value of the family in modern Russian and Chinese cultures is considered. The similarities and differences in its appearance in two cultures are revealed. The main problems of the modern family in Russia and China are outlined. Based on the analysis using comparative historical and synchronous methods, the author concluded: the modern Russian and Chinese families are increasingly moving away from the traditional model and are developing in accordance with global trends.
