The formation of a unified Russian nation on the basis of civil

In the work the political and economic factors, serving for preservation and development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the peoples of Russia, will be considered.

It was found out that due to the solidarity of all ethnic groups of the country considerable progress in all areas has been got. It made possible the realization of the ideas about the unity of the historical destinies of the Russian ethnicities.

Recommendations for the effective cooperation between the public and the authorities were given.

The ethnic structure of the Russian Federation. Types of ethnic structure of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District

This article presents the author's view on the systematization of ethnic diversity in Russia. With an aim of modifying the political-right discourse and optimization of implementation of the state national policy the author is proposing the model of classification of ethnic groups in Russia, on the basis of which analyze the changes in the ethnonational structure of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal Distric. As a result the peculiarities of ethno-national composition of the Far Eastern Federal District and the types of ethnic structure of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District are highlighted. It is determined that if previously the population in the Far East was based on the “system ethnos” and “integrated ethnic groups”, today there are other trends.

Public opinion formation of the government of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania (March 2016)

This article is written on the materials of a study conducted by the North Ossetian department of sociological research the ISPR and the Department of Sociology and Social Studies SOGU in May - June 2016 As a result of a telephone survey of the formation of the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania among the citizens was held. Total respondents were interviewed in 1059, living in the city of Vladikavkaz.

Postmodernism and neoliberalism as a means of constructing social and cultural reality

The development of science leads to the creation of new technologies aimed at the transformation of traditional socio-cultural space. The traditional structure of society and its values prevents the neoliberal politics and Economics to subdue and control the world. The active role in these transformations play the media, forms of mass culture are the same-barked the model and the behavior and lifestyle. The article discusses modern technologies, changing the traditional structure of society and the construction of new values – religious, family, etc.

Socio-political situation in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania after the terrorist attack in Beslan

This article was written on the basis of a mass survey "after Beslan on September 1-3, 2004, conducted by the North Ossetian Centre for Social Research Institute of Social and Political Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences in May-June 2005 were questioned 680 people, including 23 experts: politicians, doctors, lawyers, social workers, civil servants, journalists, psychologists, actors of social and political organizations. in June 2016 a second expert survey (73 people) was held. The first part describes the socio-political situation in North Ossetia after the tragedy and their expectations about the actions of the authorities. The second part is devoted to the investigation of the circumstances and consequences of the terrorist attack on the part of the Russian Federation, non-governmental organizations and the international community. in conclusion, given the conclusions of the evaluation actions of authorities in relation to investigation of the events in Beslan and the adoption of measures aimed at preventing such incidents in future.

Ethnosocial integration processes in the Volga region

The author considers the peculiarities of ethno-social processes and inter-ethnic relations in the region. Ethnosocial specifics of the region is reflected in the analysis of the interaction between the peoples of different nationalities traditionally living in the Volga region. Research interest in the author focuses also on an assessment of the expert community consistency and effectiveness of the national policy in the Volga region as one of the most multinational regions.

Ensuring the rights of citizens to receive financial services on the Crimean Peninsula

This article presents an analysis of the legal regulation of the provision of financial services and protection of rights of consumers of financial services in the individual subjects of the Russian Federation on the example of a city of Federal importance Sevastopol. The result of the study, conclusions were formulated, aimed at improving the existing legislation and law enforcement practice in the sphere of legal regulation of protection of the rights of consumers of financial services.

Social and cultural aspects of the development of the agricultural sector in the context of the challenges of globalization

In this article the author examines various aspects of the development of society in the context of globalization. In the context of globalization impact on different spheres, social or political, is greatly increased, and distorts their development in accordance with their needs, in the long term causes a number of problems. The author highlights the most significant factors of globalization, and represents the most serious problems encountered in these conditions.

Geopolitics of islands

Geopolitics is divided into many schools and directions. Among them there are those who are focused on the analysis of sea power. Due to the diversity of the islands in the world and the differences in their management models we can speak about the emergence of geopolitics of islands. It analyzes the island as a subject of territorial dispute, geopolitical patterns of behavior of island authorities, the geopolitical role of artificial islands.

Fu Syaosya
Tao Yuanming and his everyday life

Tao Yuanming (356-427 CE) is considered the first great poet of idylls in Chinese history. His simple poems describe the rhythm of country life and capture the beauty found in solitude.

Tao abandoned his career as a government officer in order to return to country life. He was an educated man who refused bribes and rejected a life given to the pursuit of power. Instead he chose to earn a living by farming. Here the rewards of self-sufficiency became manifest through hard work.

Later Zhu Xi (1130-1200 CE), a famous Confucian philosopher and poet, praised Tao Yuanming for his character and contrasted this with the actions of 12th Century officials.

Country life was difficult, yet Tao Yuanming was able to depict the natural and cultivated beauty he witnessed from his farm. Because he recognized the beauty which lies in the moment, his life and words continue to inspire us today.
