The article is devoted to the exposure of main directions of modern transformation processes and tendencies in the field of managing the ethnopolitics. It also explains the role of the public authorities and the local government in the Republic of Dagestan in the field of ethnopolitics. The critical zones of the Russian Federation, the problem fields in the ethnopolitics demanding an urgent exposure are denoted in the article. We concluded, that the timely made decision of the detected problems can allow further harmonization of the society.

The article includes the results of the author's sociological study of problematic aspects of human resources management processes in healthcare organizations. We characterize the processes of self-regulation of professional medical practice. Disclosed is a social mechanism of human process management in the health sector, including the intensification and expansion of the range of activities of self-regulatory organizations in the sphere of Russian health care.

A significant place in Russian culture is the problem in-depth study of dialect features, to identify the specificity of creativity of folklore performers, who know the secrets of vocal, adopted from their parents. In terms of violations of the diachronic way of broadcast of singing culture, the real importance of the special training of folk singing in the institutions of education and culture.

The article investigates the problems and particular theoretical relevance of grounds of bringing of parties to a shareholders’ agreement to responsibility that is in the author’s opinion could reduce legal uncertainties as well as transaction costs. It analyzes different definitions and essential features of legal liability. The focus is on a civil violation as a ground of bringing party to a shareholders’ agreement to responsibility.

In this paper, based on ethnographic, folklore and literature ethnosociological analyzes the evolution of the collective consciousness of the individual, a set of stable, common in social groups and intellectual attitudes of the Ossetian people.

This paper proposes a set of measures to ensure the economic feasibility of formation of own financial resources, based on a combination of internal requirements of a limited liability company (LLC) with the legislative imperatives, including: 1) monitoring the proportion of participants in an LLC in the formation of its authorized capital from the standpoint of compliance with the requirements of national legislation, monitoring of transactions: participants of possession of shares in its share capital, have caused improper use of assets with related parties, related party company, buying and selling shares, substantial investment company; 2) disclosure of capital elements included (excluded) at the rate of actual financial resources on the ownership structure, strategic decisions, significant financial risks and management methods, as well as on capital structures and arrangements that enable certain participants to obtain the degree of influence or control a disproportionate their shares in the capital. Implementation of these measures is aimed at improving the efficiency of formation and use of the authorized capital of LLC - a stable source of funding for guaranteeing the interests of its creditors, while minimizing the risk owners.

At this article the author proposed the analysis of the problem of modern ethno-political situation in the Republic of Crimea and the features of interethnic relations in the given conditions. Inter-ethnic marriages are analyzed by the author as a result and a mirror of inter-ethnic cooperation in the Republic of Crimea at the present stage.

Currently both at the legislative and the scientific and law enforcement levels, designed, discussed and fried out a variety of ways to reduce criminal repression against persons who had special treatment due to the state for various reasons (for example, minors), or categories and the circum stances of the crime.
This place in the mechanism of punitive state look a compromise, without which the realization of criminal liability in a legal state is simply impossible.
One of the manifestations of such a compromise are the institutions of pre-trial agreement on cooperation and active repentance.

Article is devoted to the analysis of state regulation machineries of information and communicative aspect of ethnopolitical activities in regions of North Caucasus federal district. An attempt to prove reforming of profile executive bodies as a factor of overcoming the available structurally functional disproportions and increase in efficiency of public administration by ethnopolitical communications is made.

The article examines three institutions of integrated Europe – ECMC, CERN and EAEC. The analysis argues that though different in nature, they all facilitated scientific cooperation in the region, bringing together researchers from participating countries. As the 1956 Declaration of Committee for the United States of Europe put it – only united can European Countries overcome division and boost cooperation. It is not a surprise then that the idea of their creation at the times acquired broad public support and the necessity for having them was acute and well-understood right after the war. Research in the coal and mine industry, as well as nuclear research were at the front edge of science, and was closely intertwined with the process of Europe’s post-war restoration, combined with the need for new sources of energy. The authors compare the structures against one another and come to a conclusion that they can be considered first supranational institutions in Europe.

The aim of the article is an analysis of the causes of the Soviet Union participation in the war between Ethiopia and Somalia in 1977-1978, a revelation of Soviet assistance to both countries guidelines, a conclusion issue from historical lessons of this events.

The article analyzes the origins and current trends of the youth policy of Poland, takes into account the influence of European integration processes on the given scope of public policy. The author isolates and examins different levels of youth policy in Poland, carries out conceptual and theoretical assessment of the regulatory framework and key strategic documents on youth policy issues. On this basis, the article highlights the main problems and prospects of development of youth policy in Poland.

This article explore women’s attitude to the religious transformation that has been taking place in the Kazakh society during the independence period. Drawing on a pilot qualitative research, we present an in-depth analysis of interviews and a focus group survey with a number of women participants. This study touched upon the issues of ethnic and religious identity, and religious conversion in Islamic community. The data highlight the fear of new religious cults, a strong support to the state as a societal protector, conservatism and reluctance to accept new forms of Islamic identity, as a certain degree of Islamophobia. The latter is despite the fact that the interviewed participants identify themselves as Muslims. The majority of interviewed participants adopted faith and had their sense of religious belonging strengthened.

Since diplomatic relations between the USA and Cuba were reestablished, both of parties have made some steps for cooperation in such issues as: transportation, trade, business, communication etc. In many questions parties have not found a compromise. In principle, a barriers and difficulties, which were appeared during the US sanction policy, are impeding to reach the real normalization. It is the one of the main reason for a domestic opposition in Washington: between the US Congress and the White House. The US government cannot to overcome the Cold War policy and to return the naval-base in Guantanamo to Cuba. How will the normalization be realized? Which way will be chosen for that in near future? Those questions can become the base of a big research.

In the article analysis is given of approaches to definition of “civil society” in the works of foreign researchers. Historical analysis is made of concepts, principals of civil society, problems of its formation abroad, further ways of development and interaction with the state in the works of domestic researchers, of the problems of formation, development and interaction of man, society and the state.

The article is devoted to an analysis of the Germany’s contribution into the settlement of the Syrian crisis and the involvement in the military operation against “Islamic State” (IS). The paper also examines the migrant crisis, which Germany faced in the result of the growing immigration of the refugees. The special attention is paid to the relations of Berlin with the regional actors, so called “neo-imperial centres” – Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Iran. The article concludes that Germany favours multifaceted approach to the Syrian crisis, representing the ternary of military technical advising and reconnaissance missions, humanitarian initiatives and welfare assistance to refugees, as well as diplomatic contacts with the regional actors.

This article deals with the economic cooperation between China and the BRICS countries. China has been actively investing in direct investments in the economies of other members of the BRICS. Particular attention is paid to creation of a new Bank of the BRICS, which should contribute to the development of BRICS countries in the sphere of economy, infrastructure projects, and to promote innovation.

The study of external influences on the events of the "Arab Spring" has shown that is not forgotten, but revived again under President Barack Obama the concept of "Broader Middle East". Only the US and its allies are not limited to military invasion and the destruction of a country as it was in Iraq, and strive to create "controlled chaos" on the whole of "Broader Middle East" at the same time. This process can take a very long time. For international security means complete unpredictability and regional instability. That is, the "war of all against all" may begin at any time. "Broader Middle East" recalls the European Balkans in the early twentieth century, on the eve of the First World War. A geopolitical aim of the US to create "controlled chaos" in the Middle East can have far-reaching task of destabilizing the largest Eurasian players - Iran, Russia and China.
