Strategy of the state national policy, which operates in the Russian Federation since 2012, not can be realized without modern scientific methodology and without the advanced technologies of knowledge. These technologies are being developed of world and domestic science. Leading among them are theory of general systems and the doctrine of synergy.

The article describes the results of the studies devoted to the phenomenon of civic trust as a factor affecting the success of the projects on the implementation of government e-services. The lack of a unified approach to the conceptualization of trust leads to discrepancies in its interpretation and the study of its impact on the public perception of information and communication technologies in public administration. The article systematized the studies of foreign experience and suggests solutions to this problem.

Recently our national health care system has been altered. The consequences of these transformations are indeterminate and discussed. Despite reforming, the level of public satisfaction with the quality of medical services is still not beyond the negative assessments. Based on the theoretical sociological approaches to the study of modern society, the author points out the instability of the trust of patients towards main actors and structures of medicine as one of the main reasons.

The article is devoted to the study of dance influence on the relationship of people. The possibilities of dance in the normalization of relations between people are almost limitless. It shows how the incident can be resolved by means of dance training. The new format of corporate programs, which became a dance training, aimed at the creation of individual and collective positive emotions, the development of an active lifestyle, team building. Dance workshop brings together a team into one where everyone is an indispensable part of one link of the dance performances, creates an opportunity for each team member to express themselves in movement and emotion.

The article provides accurate biographical information Selezneva Xenophon Petrovich who have made significant contributions, as in the case of lighthouse, and in the development of the Russian fleet. Exploring the life path Seleznev K. P. by the author in chronological order shows the stages in the development of lighthouse Affairs, naval service in the Russian Empire and technical design ideas of the time.

This article was written on the materials of the expert survey conducted in the Republic North Ossetia-Alania of North Caucasian Federal District in April and May 2016. The survey polled 73 people. The experts were teachers of secondary school and higher education institutions, civil servants, journalists, lawyers, businessmen, deputies of the Parliament of North Ossetia-Alania, City Legislative Assembly of Vladikavkaz.

The author considers the peculiarities of ethno-social processes and inter-ethnic relations in the region. Ethnosocial specifics of the region is reflected in the analysis of the interaction between the peoples of different nationalities traditionally living in the Volga region. The article is devoted to the U.S. National Security Council operation after the end of the ‘cold war’. The functioning of NSC in each of the four Presidential Administrations is analyzed. The author believes that the U.S. Presidents will continue to concentrate their control over formulation of the U.S. foreign policy in the White House while NSC will continue to de-formalize and grow in its importance.

The article describes the implications of Brexit for Europe of regions in the context of the activities of separatist movements. The author considers the specifics of the UK state devices and analyzes the experience of its regional policy in the context of a possible political self-determination of the three Celtic nations. He evaluates the possibility of territorial disintegration of the United Kingdom as a result of the political crisis caused by Brexit.

Possible scenarios of evolution of the Russian-Turkish relations and the place of Crimea in the context of the developing geopolitical confrontation between Ankara and Moscow are discussed in the article.
The conclusion is that the elite of the ruling Justice and Development Party influences the Russian “near abroad,” in a limited way, however if the Kemalist elite comes to power, a nationalist pan-Turkish vector of the expansion is to be brought to life by Ankara that will significantly strengthen the Turkish pressure upon Russia in the zone of paramount national interests of Moscow.

The article considers the mythological space in the Russian Black Sea coast in the context of the struggle for the Russian identity. Through this approach, a modern myth is presented as a space of value meanings and the tool for transcoding consciousness. Control of mythological space allows spend the construction of new identity, to justify it under the policy of the country. Thus formed Russophobic policy and the so-called «European choice» of Ukraine, on which Crimea responded the Russian spring.

The role of the Cherson theme in protection of the northern borders of the Byzantine Empire in the 9th–10th centuries is examined in the article. The study bases on the Byzantine, Arab and Ancient Russian sources. The author concludes that the Cherson authorities implemented the northern direction of the empire foreign policy, aimed at mutual deterrence of the Khazars, Ros, Pechenegs and Black Bulgars, and prevent their attacks on the empire. Such a policy of deterrence, as a rule, brought success: Byzantium is rarely experienced attacks of the peoples of the Northern Black Sea region.
