System Transformation of Post-Socialist States

The history of civilization is closely connected with the phenomenon of transformations. Despite the importance of external factors in the global system transformation, one should take into account the internal features of the state. Testing as a Way of Total Control in the Unified State Exam

In pedagogics, the problems of control of learning results are an important issue. Currently, the most essential of them is the objectification and standardization of control in education. Traditional forms and methods of control are criticized, since in theory and practice they are developing a method for monitoring the level of competence of students: it is testing. This diagnostic method is a standardized procedure for objective measurement of educational achievement test on various academic subjects.
