Relations between the State and Religion in Russia: Peculiarities of the historical aspect
It is of utmost importance to build mechanisms to construct relations between the state and confessions. With this in mind, the author dwells upon the historical aspect of this question, starting with the period of rule of Peter the Great, who eliminated the institute of patriarchy, having changed the position of the Church.
