Horizons of modern Russian modernization: strategic planning in the system of state economic policy

The Russian political reality today is actually committing the first steps towards the total reform of the public system: from foreign policy to changes in the system of local self-government. On how effectively the bridge of transition from patrimonial relations of the power corps with a civil society, ordinary citizens (consumers of the state and municipal services) is built? depends on the overall state of loyalty to the reform of socio-political relations in the state, the perception of cardinal changes, as well as the change of paradigms of development in the economy, politics, social structure.

This article is to answer the question: to what extent does the Russian Federation in modern realities state economic policy in the field of strategic planning correspond to modernization aspirations? In order to reveal the peculiarities of the formation of the modernization discourse, let us turn to the decisions made in Russia regarding the transformation of socio-political relations. The chronological scope of the study is determined from 1995 to 2014. A later period is not considered in this article in connection with the need for an additional political and economic analysis of the processes that arise around the modernization agenda from 2015 to this day.

On the issue of value measurements of power

The article considers the problem of the criterion of the value evaluation of power.

The question of the ethical dimension of power relations, which has acquired a clearly structured form since the time of N. Machiavelli. It is concluded that, the power most natural for society, determined by the very nature of man form of distribution of values. It can not be neutral or independent of the reverse effect of its object.

The influence of social factors and mechanisms on the effectiveness of the state civil service

The article reveals the influence of social factors and mechanisms on the effectiveness of the state civil service. The results of a sociological study of the influence of social factors on the effectiveness of self-organization, the effectiveness and effectiveness of the state civil service are given. The complex of internal and external factors affecting the content, effectiveness and development of social changes within the state civil service has been analyzed.

Legal regulation of non-state pension insurance as a financial service: a comparative legal analysis

This article presents the results of a study of the specifics of the legal regulation of non-state pension insurance as a financial service. An analysis of the provisions of the EU Regulations and the EU Directives regulating the organization and implementation of pension schemes has made it possible to identify the basic requirements for specialized participants in the pension insurance market. In its turn, a comparative legal analysis of Austrian legislation, as the state with the most developed insurance system, and the legislation of the Russian Federation, made it possible to establish the peculiarities of the legal regulation of investing money in voluntary pension insurance programs that ensure the independent accumulation of financial reserves to achieve the retirement age.

The conducted research allowed to formulate the conclusions aimed at the development of Russian legislation regulating the formation of voluntary pension savings and the use of domestic financial sources of financing.

The relevance of the study of international cooperation

Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the field of combating crises is determined by the need to coordinate efforts to ensure effective protection of the population and territories, which requires comprehensive scientific research.

The aim of the research is to identify the most optimal forms of cooperation between the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and other international profile structures with the centers for managing catastrophes of international, regional and national organizations in this field using the latest information and communication technologies.

The protection of teacher's works in the social state

The social state can be judged by how the state protects the work of such categories of professionals as teachers. This article will deal with the civil-law aspects of such work, that is, the protection of works as a result of intellectual activity of teachers and teachers. In addition, the article examines the question of payment of remuneration to the teachers for such works, regulation of such relations in local acts of the University.

Conflict factors of women's political leadership

The article is devoted to the conflict factors of women's political leadership.

The relevance of this topic is dictated by two circumstances of gender characteristics of women politicians and male politicians.

First, the study of the structural foundations of women's political leadership takes on special significance in the context of socio-political changes, when the transformation of society itself has an impact on both the macrosocial processes and the political structure of an individual, changing values, norms, standards of behavior.

Other circumstances, the study of this topic is characterized by the fact that gender equality is only declared in the society, but in practice there is a gender asymmetry of general social roles and a contradictory set of gender norms, stereotypes, rules of behavior in various spheres, including political ones. Therefore, the aim of the article is to study gender characteristics and conflict factors of women's political leadership, which has developed in new political and institutional circumstances.

Women's and men's perceptions, expectations and the differences in the way family (on materials of sociological research)

The article presents the data of sociological research, reflecting the attitude of men and women to some aspects of family life, such as the distribution of the budget, male and female responsibilities, motives for creating a family, family equality and inequality, etc. It is concluded that despite the fact that in the minds of respondents there are significant differences in perceptions and expectations from family life, however, the family continues to be one of the main social values of young people.

To the question of the Russian revolution in the Russian Diaspora (1920–1930)

The article examines the theoretical research of Russian thinkers in exile on the causes and significance of the Russian revolution of 1917. Various approaches to understanding the results of the Bolsheviks' coming to power are singled out. It emphasizes the scientific nature and reasoning of the ideological views of Russian thinkers about the further development of Russia. In exile, Russian scientists have made an important conclusion about the inability of real countries to revolutionary upheavals, accompanied by social cataclysms and destruction of material and spiritual values.

Influence of ideas of social justice in US domestic policy on foreign policy

Ideas of social justice after the French Revolution of the XVIII century. Developed in the mainstream of her slogans "Freedom. Equality. Brotherhood". However, these meanings received different interpretations depending on time and place. In USA, where the first persons of the state, the business leaders and leading experts expressed their domestic policy, the category of freedom prevailed, and equality was treated as equality of opportunity. This vision of social justice with globalization was transferred from the domestic policy to the outside world, which did not make it fairer.
